Honestly I love it. Which is why I bought one. Moor those complaining of the screen it’s not that bad. Also Mercedes is doing the same thing. Lexus. And so on. The industry is moving toward screens
I'm excited to be getting one, but man such a bummer that the display has HUGE outer bezel. So much black, could have been more screen almost boderless, missed opportunity i feel.
I agree. The black borders make it look outdated already. In addition how it's tacked on top without any effort in design and integration in the dash looks very clumsy.
In 3-4 years they’ll have an LCI release on purpose, which will specifically increase the screen edges, typical BMW route. They always leave room for “improvement” when they release new things, because no matter what they plan for an LCI version to beat it. Same can be said about the new 7 series which will have a generous facelift in a few years. That’s just the way I view BMW at this point, always better to hold off for an LCI version for any model generation.
@@xFlared all BMW tech goes through LCI just like last generation of cars got a screen size increase as well as went from idrive 6 to idrive 7. Just depends on what’s going on. But this new screen isn’t the same scenario here. This 3 series got the new dash because cost of production, every bmw is getting this pushed into it. This was a different LCI than usual, but still all new next gen models getting this screen dash will still have an LCI update like usual in 3-4 years time. The screen itself is new not from LCI, it’s new to the entire brand, this car may have gotten it, but everything else is still from the current chassis model 3 series that’s been out. It’s like when bmw made the digital speed clusters and they got pushed to older LCI cars before the next gen of bmws released during around 2016/2017. Same concept.
I test drove one of these recently and the bezel actually worked well because it matched up with the space the steering wheel covered. Its just really obvious in this video because he is holding the camera up close to the screen. I didn't feel I was missing anything and the steering wheel wasn't blocking any information that way either so I wasn't moving my head back and forth to see information on the screen. I also test drove a model with the per-LCI set up and preferred the new screen. The quality was definitely better. I prefer the Audi digital cluster to the pre-LCI but prefer the new screens to the Audi set up and that was unexpected for me.
Closing in on $70k vs $54k led me to the Genesis lol. The BMWs are nice (and honestly might be built a little better than the G70) but the pricing is insane. I'd rather deal with some interior creaks and rattles while keeping 13 or 14k in my pocket
Depends how much you put down and how good your credit is… My monthly ended up around $1,200 with not that much down. With full coverage insurance you’re looking at about $1,530 a month.
Bmw went backwards on the design and interior smh no buttons on the interior less user friendly long screen looks cheap the front face looks less aggressive and more like a soft electric car then previous gen that looks like a monster wtf bmw
I pick mine up in 2 days, so excited to have this as my daily
Very nice. Just wish they kept physical climate control buttons.
I love this car, and especially that it comes with great fuel economy
Awesome ! Definitely looking forward to getting mine soon !

This exhaust sounds louder in person, i just got mine installed and the sound here doesnt do it justice.
What’s the fuel economy like on this? I’m considering upgrading my 240i as really want a more professional looking car
You can easily average 30 MPG combined in this car.
What color is this
Brooklyn Grey with Tacora Red interior
I didn't see the price for the exhaust. How much, and is it installed at the port?
$2,500
Port installed
Does the m performance exhaust come stock with the car?
No. It’s a port installed option for $2500USD
Cant decide between this and a g70 3.3

Looks more like the M5 now
Damn my m3 is already outdated . Love that new info screen !
awful- no gearshift lever, no separate climate controls, ugly screen.. I am keeping my 2019 330i!
Haha i feel you jealousy dude. 330i is crap XD
It’s a shame bmw doesn’t use Continental tires
Damn it’s expensive…
