Great comprehensive and thorough review, very enjoyable. Could you please comment on how it drives, feels compared to Cadillac CT4-V as you praised that vehicle a lot too in your review of that one. Thank you for a great review.

Do you recommend the MPE over the stock exhaust? Hopefully you have driven both maybe different years? I have a 2023 M340ix and was thinking about changing to MPE. Hard decision for me. Stock sounds pretty good and hate to cut the pipes. It's hard to find a car with MPE to hear in person.
I don’t see the dashboard that bad tbh, yeah it’s a screen but putting luxury and sportiness on a car can be difficult to satisfy both ends of the consumer.
@@BostonAutoBlog you said they didn’t change anything mechanical, but then said they did drop in a mild hybrid system when talking about 2023 changes. Poor wording to say the least.

@@BostonAutoBlog so just confirming, this rather loud sounding exhaust is not stock on the 2023 340ix? Turbo engines just don’t sound that great - and a louder exhaust makes them worse. I had the Mperformance exhaust in my e90M3 - but that was a NA engine. For my 340 - I prefer it to be more quiet

Great review. Previously owned 3 AMGs since 2015. They have gone down the drain with the removal of V8 and V6, putting in a 4 cylinder hybrid that sounds like a vacuum cleaner from the outside yet the price has gone up. Doesn't seem justifiable. Have they made a big mistake of Bud Light magnitude, only time will tell. One thing for sure M340i now seems like a much better option than the 2023 C43 AMG.
Back seat space review was a joke lol, i have this car, average size adults just fit, barely. I'm 188 cm and have the seat almost fully back, my mum who is 165 cm, has her knees almost touching the back of the seat.

Adaptive cruise control and parking assist have been missing from the build since 2021. And on other BMW models. I have a 2021 that was built before the semiconductor chip shortage. So I have these options on my car. There is no timeline when they will be back. This also applies to the Mini Cooper cars as well. These features are only their high end models. These two are the last options that did not come back. Just go to BMW website and pick a car and select options and you’ll see if the car you like has that option.
