I bought a 2024 C43 AMG. It’s pretty to look at but the transmission with the turbo 4 cylinder is very clunky, the car squeaks & rattles. Traded for a 2024 BMW M340ix. Best decision ever. BMW owns the segment.
@@MandoMartinezJr2 thanks. BMW is for gentleman. Lexus and Mercedes are for women and mix-gender 😅 I owned a 2004 325Ci back in 2012 and I like it. I remember at 145k miles that car has no problem at all mechanical and electrical are fine
Very nice car! I have already seen a few of the normal facelift versions on the street and one M340i. I can imagine buying a 340d pre facelift for a cheaper price next year
I don’t understand why bmw won’t let you get the 995M wheels in all black with the non run flat for the “cooling and high performance tire package” instead you have to get the bicolor wheels in order to get the “cooling and high performance tires package”
Im going for the 330 myself, can get more for your money that way. B58 amazing engine but i’ll take a damn near fully optioned 330 for what the m340i goes for msrp lol
@@triyo1089Wait, did you really just say you get more for the money? Have you driven the m340i and compared it to the 330? The reason the m340i is the better pick is because of the b58. It's the perfect balance of power and everyday drivability. If the power isn't your thing, then I understand why you prefer the 330, though.
@@Scandalous0001 yea i have but paying just about 10k more for the b58 is only really worth it if you’re dying for a bit more power which personally im not lol a 4 cyl with 255hp and 290 ish torque is plenty quick for me
I hear the M340 is very heavy, though, so not quite as nimble as previous generations of 3-series cars. I don’t like the rectangular muffler tips, and I am not convinced that I’d buy a Mexican (or even USA) manufactured bimmer. I lease a new bimmer every 3 or 4 years, and I’m on my 5th bimmer in a row. Love bimmer, but not sure if I’ll get another one now. I might have to go for a 2025 VW Golf R version 8.5 as it’s still manufactured in Germany. I wish they still had it available in a 6-speed manual, though.
So because this is still on the G20 Chassis, does it still carry the B58TU2? or did will it come with the new TU3? Edit: Never mind, I just heard you mention the power numbers, which tells me this is indeed the TU3.
Best to google it. - But steering wheel changed for base and m Sport version. - Sensatec is now an option with the m sport package, doesn’t come with it. - improved damper setup on the base version - different air vents (the seem to be worse) - changed and less ambient lighting - latest version of the OS - some minor - some engine options are gone. 330i and d only with xDrive. No 320e anymore

This is so disappointing for a vehicle like this to be made in Mexico!!! I’ll buy the new Audi S5 because it’s made in Germany!! Sad because I love this vehicle.
This car still looks far BETTER then new C-class really even the pre-face looks nicer then the new C-class(W206)/ 2024 . BMWs are beautiful cars

Starting a new job with BMW in the next few days. I’m excited.
That’s awesome! Congratulations BMW is my favorite and most beautiful car company!

Congrats
Steal one for me 😉
This is the best entry luxury sedan out there. Good looks, interior, tech, comfort, performance and surprisingly decent reliability projection.

I don't see a lot with the driving assistance pro
Is it still the same to spec the staggered setup to get the increased top speed?
Yes
Bring back physical buttons!

Yep the engine that is less reliable. Why the government keeps pushing for this trash? Who knows but TU2 is great
It's criminal that this car doesn't have the HK option 😅must've been a deal breaker for most ppl. otherwise great build 👍
The HK sound system is included with the premium package. It's listed on the window sticker of this car.
@@cb804 oh! you are absolutely right. it's packaged in premium starting MY2025
What's difference between LCI 1 and LCI 2 ?

Nice, but no ventilated seats. Ima pass
I hate that they have the fake/closed off honey comb at the top of the kidneys, completely kills the front end for me.
what do you mean fake?
$70000... so cheap... to think that we buy it for almost double that here is Southern Africa.. its crazy and sad
maybe $80k but definitely not double.
Ugly wheels awesome car
70k for a 3 series 😂
Fully loaded though. And this is actually a step up from a standard 3 series. It's got the Turbo I-6 instead of the I-4.
