I’m a straight woman who is sexually attracted to very random women on occasion. I’m into men in every way. There’s a distinct difference and it has nothing to do with how I was socialized. Preference is okay and doesn’t need to be endlessly “diagnosed.” We are who we are.
I learned about limerence on the Crappy childhood fairy on UA-cam. She goes in depth about it. I also heard people who believe in twin flame is also a form of limerence! Holy h*ck, you guys. I often talk to the screen when I am listening to this podcast, but this episode I was SCREAMING at the screen. 🤯✨🐦💖 Because, I am CURRENTLY entangled in a twin flame dynamic. He is 20 years older than me. I am 29 and he is 50. Both of our mothers have passed away, FROM THE SAME THING. They had all the same health conditions, we both we their caretakers at the end of their lives. We have IDENTICAL freckles on our chests. It has shown me a lot of my shadow side. He is currently in jail. We both have a tendency to live in a fantasy world. All of my closest friends don't think it's a good idea for me to continue to be with this man. But there are so many aspects about our lives, our connection, the way we met, EVERYTHING- I understand why he is the way he is. And it hurts, but I do love him so much. So, who knows? I am just trying to be open to whatever is supposed to be, even if that means having to let him go someday. So, thank you for talking about that, fr.
