Annie saying Esther came dressed as the downs Barbie is the meanest but most hilarious thing I've heard on the show.
Driving the speed limit directly affected my comfort on the road and improved my life overall. If you can let go of the competitive feeling you get when someone goes around you, you'll discover that you get places as fast as you usually would and you get there feeling a lot calmer. I just relax and take my time and listen to music, it's a lot safer and it's a lot less stressful. Driving the speed limit gives you more time to react to other drivers doing insane things AND it keeps your cortisol levels low before you get to work/school/etc.. One of the best changes i've made in my life tbh.
Still new to this show, but enjoy just blanking out and listening to them go on after a long day. Anybody else find this relaxing?
