Good to have you back Robin i have a product recommendation for you check out the newly reformulated arcadian clay pomade (i bought mine from slikhaarshop)
your 4th month mark until the length from your video in Dec 2020 suits you the most imo, .. Because you dress quite formally. This length right is good too. but try dressing more casually (almost borderline surfer skater style). I notice myself too. once my hair gets too long.. wearing shirts, blazer, turtlenecks looks odd juxtapositionally. But I'm really glad that you did grow your hair. because there aren't many youtube grooming channels for men longer hair.
At 14 months now, still not yet decided lol. My hair at the back near the neck line is much rougher and looks super bushy. Yeah hairfall is really annoying, ive got thick asian hair. Gets everywhere.
As someone with thick hair who's worn it long for the best part of a decade now, I've got a couple of suggestions that might work for the bushy stuff in the back. First, I'd recommend using a small amount of lightweight oil or anti-frizz serum straight out of the shower to smooth it out, and use a wide tooth comb to brush out the tangles. My hair is naturally frizzy (especially so in the back) but this is the biggest thing I do that prevents it from getting bushy for the most part. Also, if your hair texture is anything like mine, don't blow dry it fully after a shower - let it air dry at least partially. It's annoying because of how long it takes to dry naturally but you should end up with a smoother finish. Other than that, I'd say if it's long enough to tie into a bun while it's still a little damp, that can help stop it getting frizzy and it'll give some natural wave as it dries, and personally I find that only shampooing my hair about twice a week or so (but always using conditioner) is the best way to avoid frizz (although that's different for everyone so it's worth experimenting). Finally, when hairdressers are eventually back open again, you could ask them to take a little weight out of the back - a couple of years ago my barber did that for me with a razor blade, and it really helped mine to sit a little nicer and gave it a bit of extra texture too. Good luck!
you've inspired me to grow my hair out for the first time! wished i had done it sooner, but since my last cut in december i haven't touched it at all. really looking forward to seeing the end result
So happy you’re back! And with the topic that I wanted to hear most about, that hair is crazy! Just got my first trim after 13 months of growth. Keratin treatment is next when we get to summer. I’m loving the journey.
I think growing your hair was a good decision. You get to help people who have let their hair grow, due to the pandemic, and provide them with tips and tricks. Glad you are back 👍
It is great to see you back Robin. I hope the flat or treating you well. I also messaged you on IG for a request if you’re willing to help. Regardless, cheers mate I’m glad you’re doing well and you’re looking well. Personally, I feel you look best with your shorter hairstyle, however, I also think you look good with longer hair as well.
Welcome back! I am Excited for future content and I really love the longer hair. It looks great on you and it looks so healthy. Im growing mine out as well. Its been quite a journey!! 🥂 to long hair and great content
I think you should stick with it for a bit. Not necessarily grow it out more, but keep it. It seems most people who grow their hair out cut it not too long after reaching a certain length. It seems they never keep the long hair for very long. Looks good!
Camera quality looks amazing 🤩 EDIT: It's weird because your hair is pretty similar to the goals I'm looking to get! The longest part currently comes down to the bottom of my nose 👃
Hey Robin! Glad that you're doing okay. (Maybe not due to this lockdown)! Your hair is amazing as always. Anyway, thank you for uploading this vid even though i'm sure you were stressing with your schedule and everything. Hope things go well for you!
Good to see you back. You have really good hair and I imagine many people that may be losing or lost their hair would love it. I was wondering, is it true with some people or people that their hair will grow and the stop when it gets to its longest length? I know this will be differ from one person to another. My hair is now needed a cut and it gets quite thick. I guess I am lucky to have nice hair and not losing it at my age 49 but I look still about 34.
It's good to be back! Come see what I've been working on: manforhimself.com/mens-hairstyles/

@@tannergrinzel1835 Agreed!
Welcome back. I like the hair. I am growing my hair out too and it's just a tad shorter than yours. Would really like to know how you style it
"If you have a boyfriend, or girlfriend, or both" - I love you 😂😆
Longer hair suits you much better than short hair 🔥
He’s back! WOOHOO
The Robin James evolution! Man I remember your hair being so much shorter back in the old quiff days.
Really changed!
@@ManForHimself you are the man, I am actually growing out my hair, though it is a curly/wavy mix thanks to your videos!
Looks cool, keep it!
Been trying to grow my hair but every month I end up cutting them all over again.
Stick with it!
May I please ask where you bought your lovely yellow jumper. It’s awesome. Thank you 😍😍😍
I love the way you pronounce hair😍
heyy. just as I was watching long hair tips, I got yours.

Glad you're back Robin! Let's hope barbers can reopen soon 😭
Fingers crossed!
I’ve had the long hair experience
Keeping it short or even shorter if possible
You are adorable with the longer hair
Thanks Mark
Been growing for 4 months since completely bald and noticing my hair loves being independent and stubborn lol

There comes a point in life when you stop aging. It's between 23 and 36-37.. Then it all goes to sht.
