Any recommendations for OTHER hair products that are healthy and effective for a Timothee Chalamet hairstyle? The American Crew Fiber is not my cup of tea, I don't want to use anything with parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, and formaldehyde. I have thick wavy hair, like Timothee, any other recommendations?
What is the best clay for fine/thin hair to give the hair thickness, texture and volume ? I’m having a tough time choosing between Moroccanoil Texture Clay, Kevin Murphy NightRider, Kevin Murphy RoughRider, Aveda Grooming clay or Hanz De Fuko Claymation. They are all so good, but I want to know which is the best, my hair is very similiar to yours, so which is your favorite and most reliable? I want to make the right choice.
Robbin, I don't know if I have fine hair like you or medium like alex costa, can you tell me when you roll your hair strand between your fingers, do you feel it?
It feels weird when you're learning about space and how large it is because when you hear how humanity is fighting over oil or water you just think, grow up, your existence means nothing in this universe, just move on and live
Great video sir my suggestion has you grow longer use a little less product and 2 day a week go really with no product it will really help has it grows you will feel more of a loose look
Hey @Robin James how do you get your nape hair smoother? I have very coarse straight hair I have everything swept back kind of like titanic Leo hair. But my neck hair always look like puff balls. I’ve tried conditioner and other hair masks and it doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
I got really thick hair but I am stupid in styling. I also used bad quality gel and it made my hair very dry and rough. Any budget products to fix dry and rough hair?
Loving the tips and styles, The everyday rougher, textured one would be my favourite. I'm in the process of growing mine out too. Little question for you, are you still getting cuts? if so what are you asking for? Maybe a video opportunity to film a cut and barber experience and give us a few tips on that?
Robin lookin sick in that bomber jacket 🔥❤️. Robin I want you to make a video on bomber jackets again in which you can tell us how to mix and match bombers with different shirts and jeans
So my hair is this identical length at the moment... plan on growing it another 6 - 12 months. I wear mine like the middle everyday option and it's been very well received. Would be interested in any shampoo and conditioner recommendations for hair this length. My hair is slightly thicker than yours.
My hair length, is like yours, but I have a problem wth the sides, they kinda tend to poof out and go over my ears rather than just laying flat behind them like it does when my hair is wet, and on the top it just falls flat. Im thinking its cuz of the dryness, when my hair is wet the sides dont poof over my ears but Im not so sure.
Hm, Robin, I never used cold dry, thank you for the tip.))) All the three hairstyles are cool, and daily one is my favorite 👌 Texture of suits is gorgeous.
i have grown my hair a bit longer than yours and my hair is really thick but the problem is after taking a bath my hair looks flat and the volume isn’t there maybe i could fix it with a blower but what product should i use for my hair? gel isn’t working and i haven’t tried clay or pomade yet
Great look! My hair is about your length right now and I’m finding the clay pomade from shear revival is a little too sticky unless my hair is damp. Is the gray ghost a better option in your opinion ??
Was surprised you used grey ghost for longer styles! I might have to try that out. I've also been growing my hair out. Using a medium hold natural finish hair cream that styles while also keeping things loose, soft, and conditioned.
I usually rock a very slick slicked back hair style, the hair at the front of my head, when slicked back sits at about the bottom of my neck, but it's starting to get to the stage now where it flairs out and curls at the ends, anything I can do to get around this other than a trim?
Awesome vid, Thanks a lot Robin. I’m just wondering, growing my hair out right now, do I want to go to the barber to trim it around the ears or should I let it be long enough to tuck it behind the ears easily?
@@ManForHimself since I have very thick and wavy hair and my style is more on the casual side I'll definitely try the "lazy everyday look". It looks great on you, that's for sure!
Fabulous video! I've been growing my hair as well since March and my length is basically right around where you are, and we both have very similar hair types so these videos (plus other ones you've done) have been very helpful! Thanks Robin.
Hi Robin! I'm new your channel and styling my hair. This video was exactly what I was looking for on styling my longer hair! One question: I've tried gels before and I loathe the crispy feelings hair products give my hair. Do these keep my hair feeling natural? If not, what do you recommend? Thanks!
Thank you for your styling tips. Did have had long hair before as metaler but now I have to grow it out due to corona and barber lockdowns in germany. So I think I'm going for the slick look since I have to wear safety hats at work. Also love your mustache tutorial. I grew out mine for fun since we all have to wear masks now and this covers up the awkward stage of growing ones beard out.
I would love to see you review some more Reuzel products. I am really enthousiastic about them, like their fiber pommade, extreme hold pommade and grooming tonic!
My hair is just like yours robbin not the length it is growing but I have experienced some thinning I feel it has gotten a lot better. But it kind of looked a little like your hair before you started using that thickening shampoo. I did go to a Trichologist and I found out I’m vitamin d deficient. I hope too gain some regrowth I have some areas that have a fine line of my hair is wet you can see my scalp a bit,
I may actually be the only one who prefer the first look. Mabye it's because my thick wavy hair would never be able to lay that flat for more than an hour.
The quiff suits you really well Robin! Just had a question though. My hair is quite coarse naturally. It can become hard to manage when it’s longer so do you have any recommendations as to how I can make softer and easier to control (without blow drying all the time)? A product of some sort would be nice
Okay, so I think the quiff was my favourite! Agree?
Always been a fan of quiffs. I like it
@@samuelbeltran2649 I can't seem to get away from them. Ha ha! Always come back.
Long hair really suits ya Robin, wow! 👌
The quiff for sure. Also loving the grown out hair. Keeps getting better.
agreed, can you please make a draw my life video?
I'm so happy longer hair is here and we've finally passed the 1920s revival shaved around the sides look!
It's good to have something different!
LOVE the quiff! You make it all look so effortless 🙌
Ah, thanks Audrey! You're kind.

Also very interested in this question! I think hair health is most important!
Dam I only asked for one hairstyle n ended up with 3. What a deal!
Ha ha! Hope you liked it .
Really late to the party, but any good alternatives to lush hair custard? It's been discontinued here in the UK. Thanks!

Dude when we gonna see some heated roller/curling tong action?
Could be good actually!
Robin, a review of forte series matt paste pls. The one released by Alex Costa. Love your reviews.
I'll get to their website!
How does Robin always know what video we want?
Haha! Hope you enjoyed it.
Robbin, I don't know if I have fine hair like you or medium like alex costa, can you tell me when you roll your hair strand between your fingers, do you feel it?
Hey, I do feel it. It's lighter than average.
I have watched teaching mens fashion and alpha m but honestly your content is 10 × better
The messy quiff is very classy and modern. I like guys rocking it but unfortunately I don't get any chance to wear it.
I love it too!
It feels weird when you're learning about space and how large it is because when you hear how humanity is fighting over oil or water you just think, grow up, your existence means nothing in this universe, just move on and live
I hear you.
Sir you're at a Walmart
Great video sir my suggestion has you grow longer use a little less product and 2 day a week go really with no product it will really help has it grows you will feel more of a loose look
Thanks for the suggestion.
I envy your beautiful long hair. Please keep growing it longer and longer. 😍😍

Looks like Jeremy fragrance hairstyle ! Y’all really rock the long messy hair look !
What product is closest to the Fudge matte spray? Unavailable in Australia
Can I use the Gray Ghost in place of the Rough Rider for the Big Quiff?
What blow dryer would you recommend??
I use a Pansonic one. It's in the Prime sale: amzn.to/33SL8LU
I have got very straight hair and Im blonde, do you think a longer hairstyle could look good? Im think more to the modern mullet look

You should compare forte series argan oil vs blumaan cloud control
Could be a vibe!
It would be a great video
Hey how many months of growth were you at in this video? I'm nearly at 7 months and hopeful to get to your length here soon!
Anybody know where the jacket I’m A roll is from?

yes! Good idea. I can do that.
Loving the longer hair, Robin!!! Though you make everything look good... 😂
I'm not gay, but this man's big modern quiff is hot af
Yay some good old hair inspo, cheers for this Robin!👍👍👍
Cheers Sunny!
You have Steve from stranger things hair!!! So sick!
He actualy did it. He's growing out his hair.
Love it man, finally you're joining the game.

Your flow and lettuce is crazy (Canadian lingo :p). great vid for my hair!
Ha ha! Thanks.
Oh cool I thought I was the only one who sprayed hairspray on my hands to fix my stylin
You and me both!
My hair is just like yours and I never knew how great it can look! This video just stopped me from getting a haircut lol
same lol
How long has this taken to grow this length?
Having an issue with mine where I can’t get volume even when using mousse.

Rough Rider? Isn't that for...
Dude my first time with long hair into this!!!
Hey Robin, sorry I know this is a sponsored video but where did you get that blue varsity jacket from?
Hey, it's from a few years ago at Paul Smith Design.
Wow so nice .
Wish you had curly / wavy so I could relate. I love my curls, but it’d be nice for an effortless push around style.
Can you do an air dry style? Not gonna mess with a hair dryer
Loving the video as always! You're a month or so ahead of me in hair growth and it's giving me the inspo to continue going. Thanks for all the tips
Thanks very much

Hey Robin, please make your haircut vedio with the lengths of hair to keep on top, sides and back, that would be great👍🏻
Hey Robin I had some long hair product questions I left in comments on your growing hair out video. If you get time to answer that would be awesome🙏
How long do you plan on growing?
Omg never thought I'd see you here
I'm not too sure actually. Just had a little cut but plan to keep going!
@@ManForHimself when the inevitable cut happens you have to live stream it haha
You should grow your hair a little longer
One question did u cut your hiar in layer ?
Did you kill john wick's dog?
Is there a way to get the last style without the mousse?
I've been letting my hair get longer after each cut. My hair is grey all over do you think longer grey hair can work. It pretty uniform grey.
Sure!
Definitely. Check out Greg Berzinsky in long hair, looks awesome.
Yes! For sure. I love grey hair!

How to u get the neckline to flair out like that
How to u get the neckline to flair out like that
love the last one, really looks good on ya.
Thanks very much
Hey robin, hope you are well. Had a question. When you had your hair growing did you keep the sides tamed, and the top on the shorter side?
Wishes I found this guy earlier. I just cut my hair because I can't figure out how to style my 9 months old hair.
Awesome vid, Thanks a lot Robin. I’m just wondering, growing my hair out right now, do I want to go to the barber to trim it around the ears or should I let it be long enough to tuck it behind the ears easily?
Need a review on gray ghost ASAP
For sure! Will have something soon.
for whatever reason I always think this guy looks like the squirrel from over the hedge
What product would be a good replacement for the lush custard as it appears its been discontinued
Hey Robin, is there a good alternative to the Hair Custard? Can’t get hold of it in the UK. Thanks
2nd hairstyle suits you the best in my opinion 👍
Cheers Mihir.
To each his own, but the flip out mullet behind the neck is killing me. The rest looks good
I'm at the same length right now and waited for this video so desperately! :D
Are you going to try one of these?

I think this is the best hair I've seen on you. and very in style now in 2022.
Okay Steve harrington I see you

Hi Robin fan from south Africa what car do you drive
Hey! I don't have a car in London. Far easier (and faster) to go by public transport.
That makes life so easier
I would love to see you review some more Reuzel products. I am really enthousiastic about them, like their fiber pommade, extreme hold pommade and grooming tonic!
Grown my hair a bit longer than yours, unfortunately hairline is receding now so I might need to cut it off
See how it goes!
You don’t need to cut it off just because your hairline is receding. Also, go to the trichologist to fix your receding hairline.
hair is awesome but overall style is on point

Loved your previous shorter hair but also appreciate that you are trying something new !
Just clicked the thumbnail to like it 😅👍
I have the same length as yours, thanks for the ideas 😊
Lookin like Pierce Brosnan’s James Bond
Robin, you are looking awesome
Doing this after my hair transplant lol. Looking suave.
First thing I'm doing upon leaving the military is growing out my hair and experimenting with it!
I may actually be the only one who prefer the first look. Mabye it's because my thick wavy hair would never be able to lay that flat for more than an hour.
It's not a bad look at all!
unlike most of the fashion youtubers who's growing their hair out, you look great with long hair!
This video is making me want to grow out my sides..... I just hate the awkward stage /:

Smoothing Serums or hair oils will be your friend.
3rd is the best overall
and 2nd is easily achievable for day to day outing
But for every occasion 3rd is best
It looks good in all occasion
I do like it too!
Looking good and hair looks thick are u still using nioxin ? I better add it to my bucket list
Hey, thanks. Yes, I am.
