,.......just bought IDrive.......worst mistake ever...…nothing but headaches.....definitely not for beginners.....Their "tutorial" vids only show "what" to do.....no "how", or "why"....or explain what the services actually do. Why is my cloud drive on my PC.....drained all free space up....PC is screwed now. The original folders are empty. My C drive is full and has now bogged down my PC to the point of hardly working now. .....why a back up service "and" cloud drive? Am I not backing up to a cloud with "back up"? If so, why do I have a cloud drive. Is a cloud drive for the cloud or not? Then why is it in a folder, now on my PC, and NOT in the 'cloud".....draining my free space? "Live chat"?....good luck finding that....is more b.s. ....is NOT available. Where is the live chat option....NOT at the bottom right. No way to find out if PC back up actually worked? ....says I used 14 GB out of 10,000 GB, at top of site page.....then it says I used 70 gb on PC back up.....Which is it?....70 GB or 14?.....again ..NO support to explain. .......tried to back up external hard drive...another waste of time....never works.......days later...is a guessing game with IDrive. ...will now spend a shitload of time to try to repair the damage to my PC. "Mapped drive"?....another grand mystery. ....any tutorials at all....that actually explain everything thoroughly? Thank you

can you do a disk image backup on macs? I don't see the option that's appearing for your machine.
