I worked about 2 blocks from the Waldorf for CBS Records in 77 and by accident walked around the corner from our Office I see “ Procal Harum ‘“
on the Marquis I walked in a small Club and could not believe it. The place was full it was like being on another Planet.I was fortunate to see anyone I wanted but of all the shows that stand out it was this one. I sat right next to the Drummer and those guys kicked ass all the way across the City. I remember Gary Brooker just as dignified as always. Keith Reid was there as well. You can hear by the applause notice
how small the Club was. It must have a week night between Concerts. You simply never get in a small room with such incredible talent. I walked out thinking I had fallen out of Heaven. Peace

Procol Harum should released the 1977 "Something Magic" Live Concert from The Waldorf, SF on 1 Single CD Set. Who's with me on the Live Procol Harum 1977 "Something Magic" Concert from the Waldorf, SF on a 1 Single CD Set? Thank you!!!!

Clarify, I worked at concerts seating people. Worked stage mostly after a year. Seen at least 200 concerts, free and paid for it. Genesis with Peter Gabriel. Was great job.

    これが、現存するプロコル・ハルムの最後のライブコンサートであるならば、貴重です‼CD化するべきです❗私なら、迷わず買います。

Hmm. Didn’t realize Dee Murray played with Procol Harum after being unceremoniously discharged from Elton’s band - quite unfairly, I might add. WTF was Elton John thinking with that hare-brained move? Dumb ass. But I digress.

Yes but. I don't like it too much. I miss the classical (?) input of Matthew. And if it's Copping he imitates Matthew for a great deal. But in this concert and another one with the same organ synt violin player the roots of Procol change a bit too much for me... Lucky BJ is still there...
