This is a booster. Apply him on wet skin and fast put moisturizer to seal the water. If you don t do this , product is not working.

I was told by L’Oréal that this product is not tested for under the eyes, so it may not be eye safe for long-term use under/around the eyes. I recommend using the eye gel from the same mineral 89 line. You do have beautiful skin. Keep it up - moisture after this product!!

You should apply it to dry or wet skin
I love this product and use it morning and night. But one important thing to note is that because it is mostly hyaloronic acid, we must put moisturizer after applying it, because otherwise it can dry the skin. Hyaloronic acide binds moisture to the skin, but if there is no humectant the skin can eventually become dry.

Did you find when you first purchased it that it did nothing at first? I have very dry skin and right now it immediately dries on my face and doesn't feel like it's sinking into the skin, more just sitting on top (making a weird greasy looking layer). I'm a little concerned it's not doing anything and I wasted my money, I've had it for 2 days.

@@nadben4943 I highly recommend (this is my current skin care routine) after every shower (HOT shower) I wash my face with a warm cloth. Then I splash my face with cold water or put an ice pack over my pores for a few seconds to close them up. Then I use witch hazel toner and follow up with Mineral 89 and either Aveeno non-scented moisturizer ($10) or Neutrogena Hydro boost gel cream ($20 - $30 depending on the store).
