When you use vichy Hyaluronic acid you have to follow up with a moisturizer after ..it is not a moisturizer if you don't follow up with a moisturizer you can loose water that the Hyaluronic acid is suppose to keep in
Hi I bought both bottles yesterday, I have a question. Which one to use first ? And also what do you recommend for cleanser ? I have a sensitive skin and oily and a lot of uneven spots on my face . If you can recommend a good cleanser and moisturizer, also I don’t use SPF because I get a lot of breakout after any SPF on my face
My dermatologist recommendation is niacinamide first. On cleansed, dry skin. As for gentle cleanser La Roche Posey's Toleriane Caring Wash. Super gentle. No fragrance. No stripping of the skin barrier. I only double cleanse in the evening. Just wash my face with lukewarm water in the morning. Hope this helps
Hi Beautiful! Hope you're having a great start to your summer. Thanks for sharing. I've been lucky to have clear skin. I have VERY fine (minimal pores) and sensitive skin. Something I introduced to my skin care routine which is magical (and VERY simple) is goat milk soap. The Ph in goat's milk is very similar to the Ph in humans. Has something to do with the enzymes and that helps me with dryness. Like I said, simple is my go to...wash with goat's milk soap and moisturize with some Olay and rosehip seed oil to seal and WHA-LA!! A light exfoliant with Mario Badescu gylcolic foaming cleanser about 2-3 times weekly and ALWAYS use a SFP ladies!!! Use it during the winter as well. Just sharing with your community. Sometimes, less equals so much more! I had chicken pox as a teenager (17 yrs old) and that was the only time I saw a dermatologist. He told me then and I never forgot it. He said, "your skin type cannot handle a lot of products...less is more". He prescribed a face wash with glycerin and the rest is history! No pox marks, no discoloration, nothing! I know as our skin matures, we may require a little more attention, but if you are blessed with good genes and you practice good dietary habits, the glow will show up from the inside out as well. Muah!
