It clearly does shader compilation in real time, with CPU usage getting lengthy spikes due to that. Maybe a very fast CPU can prevent the stutters you get due to that, but i doubt so...
I have to reboot the game after a couple hours of gameplay because it starts to shitty drop framerates no matter of settings. Especially while playing in coop with my frients. That is strange and annnoying glitch, besides of bad optimization. i9-13980HX + RTX 4080
Instead of showing all the cores performance I think that it would be more interesting to just show the overall cpu performance. Also adding the 1% and 0.1 % low fps would be interesting ( really important data in my opinion). anyways good vid ❤

I checked my settings and I get 70-80 fps average at 1440p very high, 80-90 on high. 8700k 5.1ghz all core 6700xt stock xfx swift. 16GB DDR4 3000mhz CL14 Win11 Home. OS, Mobo fully optimized and debloated.

When put médium except characters seems fixed over vram 70 i have this issue is normal ? The rest of games Is fine only happen with the last of us
well if he is planning to run 4k or 2k not that much?, but maybe a 5800x3d ( cheaper) would be a great update in those games that benefits from fasters cpus? I feel like a 7800 would be an overkill for 4k/2k for the price/perfm.

Yeah, very annoying. Even after ~15 minutes of gameplay the game still does shader compilation during gameplay.

Cpu is big botelneck , ryzen 7 7800x3d + this gpu 20 more fps
