Thank you Chef Tony for detailed recipe, all clear and interesting. Give a sense of feeling that I can cook that even by myself, not being a chef or a cook at all. Thank you and stay up! Best regards
As a Caribbean girl, seafood is part of my life. Tried many octopus dishes in my lifetime but this one is uniquely simple and absolutely delicious. The laziness in me just blended up all the herbs, seasonings and liquids to make a "dressing". I added sriracha to give a little flavoured spice and BAM, perfection! Thanks for sharing All the way from St Lucia!
Nice recipe! I just put up a Fattoush Salad recipe which I think you'll love to try too. Check it out and let me know :) It's a middle eastern salad, and is packed with a whole lot of flavour. I first had it at a restaurant and then went on a crazy mission to replicate it (which I finally did!!)
Sorry, I've got to go against the grain on you Tony. While I like your addition of the potatoes, the 11 minutes you take for a 5 minute recipe is too much.

Did you do an octopus BBQ video? We'd love to share it.
Damn :-) I forgot. Thanls for the reminder. My BBQ-To-Do-list is still filled...
Totally can identify with that. Hard to keep up with those lists. Looking forward to it though.

I couldn't get it tender
Where was the octo imported from? It needs to be from Europe, Spain, Portugal or Italy if is from Asia it’s not good
