    I’m an 18 year old who recently started cooking meals for her mom: i made this yesterday and it turned out so good! It was my first time making seafood so i was really nervous that I’d accidentally poison my family or something lol
    It turned out great and everyone loved it! I made a bigger portion than the one in the video and the only issue was that i added a bit too much chili. It’s a liiiiitlee spicy for me but i have a low spice tolerance so everyone else didn’t mind.

    After watching a few of his cooking film footages, I met up with a few faces on the news and an American politician who reminds me of someone I met up with on few of those cooking film footages. But then today, when I landed on one of his cooking film recipes and I noticed him popping up again, I could tell by his broken accent, I come to realise that he's not one of those American politicians from the other side of the planet after all- unless it's his brother, better still, "twin brother." It's a small world after all, as the song goes- I'll never forget that face. But sometimes in my next recipe, I may never find the Lamb sauce. You must be a genius, thanks for sharing! And also, to UA-cam, thanks for the memories!

    I have had a seafood linguine at a local restaurant a few times now and love it. I need to know how to make my own. Your recipe looks fantastic. I’m gonna try it next. I only have de-shelled mussels and clams right now but gonna use scallops and shrimp too

    My favorite Pasta is actually everything with Tomato in it. I have very fond childhood memorys with tomato sauce and thanks to you I now can make it almost as good as the cook from the Italien restaurant in my childhood hometown, thanks for that 😍.

    I cooked this for my lovely wife and she really loved it
    I make it with hanasaki crab some king crab, and prawn, because now is winter in hokkaido japan so i can't find any cherry tomatoes but i got some italian pasata
    I was wonderful recipe from magnificent country and i combined it with some japanese seafood here

    I made this for lunch, was a winner. Personally I prefer pasta that's less tomatoey. It gives me heartburn, but it was still very good. No pain no gain 😂

    as a classical musician, i like you EVEN more now for the musical choice :))))) Great dish-I used to play in an italian restaurant in New York, they made something like this. they closed down, i have never ventured to make it, it's time! Maybe I could freeze half of the clams and mussels or is it gonna kill the flavor? before washing? after washing? Thanks Vincenzo!!

      Hey! That's awesome to hear you're a classical musician too! Regarding freezing clams and mussels, it's best to freeze them before washing. Freezing can affect texture, so it's recommended to enjoy them fresh if possible. Give the recipe a go and let me know how it turns out! 🍽️🎶

    Heyy Vincenzo! For this I was intrigued in focusing on just the clams for this dish, but round vongole and long pasta sounds like a stark texture difference. Could I use penne instead? That way the clams, mussels, and pasta are roughly the same size.
    The way I see it is that the calamari and shrimp are long, so they go better with long pasta

    Hello Vincenzo. Love your channel. This is my favourite pasta too, just do not add so much tomato juice and removing garlic from the pan before start with seafood. My Italian friends love my pasta!!!

    That's awesome, I'm going to try that exactly, and then try it again and add some spicy peppers for something that's more "fra diavolo" sauce.
    Your methods for tomato sauces have not steered me wrong. I hand peeled and crushed tomatoes tonight to follow another one of your videos and my family loved it. Dinner in an hour and a half from whole ingredients besides the pasta. I dont have a roller so I've only made like sheet pasta which I can cut into squares, or whatever for ravioli and tortellini or strips for lasagna.

    Hi, boss, I have seen many of your cooking video, you are such a talented chef. Just one question for everyone to contribute suggestions, is the seafood cooked then shimmer in pasata for another 10 minutes a bit took long?
