Yes, but no. If you study inefficiently it won't matter at all. You have to study efficiently, and THEN you'll learn. Another thing: your health is very important cause effortless learning comes from good memory and focus which is all down to good sleep diet etc.
I’m a straight A student and honestly most of the time I don’t have to study bc I DO pay attention in class, honestly it makes studying feel more relaxing than a chore
as a straight A student that never pays attention in classes, here's some tips: so you should never leave out anything from the small boxes, as it can come for 1 mark or so. don't just read, try to understand and underline or mark the important ones. after you're done reading, try quizzing yourself. it helps alot. if you don't feel like studying at night, just don't and sleep early. wake up early instead and study. always revise. revising is very important. if you studied at night, in the morning before going to school you can revise. also before the exam or the test try meditating or praying.
Actually as a topper, when I study I don't feel like I got any tips or any special method but when I start I myself invent some methods which works best for me without me knowing....
As far as i could remember being as a topper, the only thing that i tried was to pay attention to the classes. Apart from it as a best study guide i could give is - 1. Find out which type of learner you are. (I suggest you to take around 2-3 quizes if you are not sure) 2. Ask google best methods of studying according to your type. 3. The most important thing is to compare yourself in a positive way (If your friend got more marks then ask yourself if you can too and challenge it) Toppers tips are those that they naturally invent, take everything positive, there is nothing special about a topper. I HOPE THIS HELPS
As a student with high honors who also struggles with time management, here are some personal tips I can share that I learned from my senior high school experience: 1.) When studying, don't just read. As much as possible, highlight, encircle, underline, and make notes on your books/modules--"interact" with the text in some way that will help you retain information better. 2.) The best way to prepare for an exam is to do self testing. Try answering old quizzes/seatworks again on your own, or find exams on the internet. Better yet, make your own mock exam if you have the time! 3.) When dealing with memorization, repetition helps. Say the words you need to memorize out loud and repeat until you are confident that you've memorized everything. However, it's much better to UNDERSTAND what you're memorizing, which leads me to my next point. 4.) Study as if you are teaching. This is a personal strategy of mine. I would stand up and pace around my room with my modules and read out loud and use my hands for gestures. I would pretend I am explaining the concepts to myself--like class reporting but I'm all alone. This might look really silly at first, but this has helped me study an entire lesson in a single night (I had no choice because I procrastinated too much). This made me understand the lesson instead of just plainly memorizing every word. I actually got to learn. 5.) If you're too tired to study in the evening, just sleep early and wake up extra early the next day. Your mind would be clearer. There's no point in forcing yourself to study in the evening if you're too tired to remember or understand anything. I'm personally a night owl, but sometimes I just get so exhausted after school 🥸 6.) Pray. Meditate. Or any other thing you do when you want to clear your mind. This works wonders. That's all I can think of for now. Remember that though this worked for me, it's not a 100% guarantee it will work for you. Nevertheless, I hope this helps!
Ok question how do you study tho?? Like ive just never understood how to study whenever i ask for help people just tell me to study or to just try, but i dont know how to, so like, how do u stud
as a straight A student who plays genshin and makes youtube videos, i just do my homework and practice. you can also put in questions and answers into a blooket and practice :) it REALLY sticks in my head. *remember, you will never regret studying but you WILL regret not studying
As an straight A-A+ student I can tell you that all I do is belive in my dreams and when I don't have motivation I remember why I am doing this: To be rich, to have a healthy family and to make myself proud! Do not listen to others, you are perfect as you are ,you don't need to overwork yourself! Even if you have B's you are still a great student! You are enough!❤ Edit:I wish you luck in life!❤🎉😊
I've been a straight A's student ever since I can remember. But the thing is I never actually use any routine, never have schedule or any particular methods. I procrastinate a lot and most of the times even my notebooks remain incomplete. I've always been the type to just study whenever I want and in whatever way I feel like and still somehow managed to get all A's 😂
as a topper, here r some tips. dont stress over ur studies. ik its hard and everything but dw about it too much, js study and youll get it in no time. try quizzing urself. it helps u understand the concept better. once youve revised a chapter, go and teach someone else. like anyone, ur sibling or ur friends or anyone, and if ure shy then make a presentation about it, helps !! when ure at home, revise. revise the chapters and review them, ur grades will get better. personally for my school they don't give us offs too much, so i study alot. for example, imagine i have an exam on 9 and its of maths, ill start practicing maths a lot before like a month, then after that exam is done ill go ahead and revise the other one, like english, and then when im done revising english, ill revise the next subject, and keep going and going and going, and it helps !! i never told anyone abt the last one so ure lucky heheh thank me later, you got this!!
I have my own method to study. I read books, transfer the main ideas in a notebook, highlight the important words and remember it. Then I formulate my own questions from the topic and try to answer it myself so that I'm prepared in exams.
My tips are NEVER EVER EVER MISS A CLASS Asking questions is a game changer, if no one asks questions thinking that they all understand but actually no-one remembers but they rely in them selves when the study, but asking questions will root you understanding of the lesson deeper.
I have straight A’s and I have never done any of these so the only thing I have to say is practice in ways that actually benefit YOU. Nobody is the same! ❤
i get straight A's all the time (except for physical education loll) but i hardly study but rather just watching videos about general knowledge since elementary.
I’m a straight A student and I don’t do my homework or study so really it just depends on how good you listen and how good the teachers teach you in lessons.
top student never tell you > they feel disappointed and depressed if they don't achive the mark they wanted (which most of you make it as memes) > over strain themselves by themselves > has anxiety that they may disappoint someone > they feel tired but still work because they have to do it
i struggle memorizing and learning things despite being a A student. i like to make summaries of short sections or paragraphs for english or anything of the source.
As a straight A student here are some stuff i did these past years: 1. Be aware that the grade coming up next after the one ur in right now is going to be harder, try taking a book/notebook from the up-coming grade and study some of that 2. Revise things u just learned 3. Try ur best 4. Study for a couple hours with breaks in between 5. Try to love the classes
@@surg8327I’m a junior in highschool, idk if that’s considered young to you but I miss class all the time due to family issues but I have straight A’s. I guess it’s because I do study the work posted online everyday and do extra credit assignments so idk lol
Real straight A students know, we don’t study it’s a combination of obsession and blind luck. I literally don’t know how cuz I costed through middle school and never learned
I get straight As and Bs by just reading over my notes while making quizlet flashcards the night before then reviewing them on the bus to school 🙃 It's great because it saves your mental health cuz you're not spending hours studying but you can still do well
Tips from a straight A student taking all accelerated classes and AP’s along with many extracurriculars and a job: - Have a good attitude about every class. I’ve found that having a good attitude and thinking about how much I enjoy a class (even if I really don’t) can make studying feel more enjoyable. I’ve also found that those who dislike school or a specific class end up performing worse in the class, and I’ve noticed that the poor performance generally impacts how much you like the course. - Listen to music or watch something while doing homework and worksheets. I’ve found that this keeps me entertained when I feel dead inside as I work on tedious math assignments and essays. But I would recommend not looking at the video screen, just keep it playing in the background. Podcasts are great too. Don’t do this while studying, I recommend listening to instrumental music while studying because it keeps my mind going while not distracting me with words. - Use the Pomodoro method! Study or do homework for 25 minutes, and then take a quick five minute break. Do this four times and on the fourth cycle, instead of taking a five minute break, take a 15 minute break. Repeat until all your work is finished. I’ve found that this is a great way to get a lot of work done without burning out. Also, I’d recommend watching something on your phone or playing a game to occupy and relax yourself during your breaks. Also, switch between different subjects every cycle to keep yourself engaged without getting bored of doing the same thing for an hour.
I have 5 tips as a straight A student! 1.Listen to the teacher and explanation 2. Stay in discipline cause those marks count and have proper uniform don't do fashion 3. Take notes in school then review them and write notes based on them just the important topics 4. Sleep early and study before and have a healthy mind before sleeping 5. Read And Write Have Neat handwriting and a signature book that makes u feel relaxed and motivated. I follow them when needed and during summer vacations u shall do some physical activity like I do football basketball running and cycling and go on morning walks bc their really good once u try!
i’m a class topper who gets academic rewards and a+ student, here’s my tips: - pay attention. if you can’t pay attention bc of your friends next to you talking, ask the teacher their self to move you somewhere away from your friend. i sit in the front away from my friends and it really helps bc i can’t rlly talk to them which is very tempting. - get a bond with your teachers- i have a really good bond with my teachers- they’re like my friends. how? i make sure to talk with them, behave around them, and ask lots of questions in class. about questions- make sure they are necessary and you should pay attention to other people who ask questions or if the answer has already been stated. back to the bond- basically, participate in class and- make sure to be attentive, quiet, and respectful. - take notes in class and turn them into flash cards! even better if you ask your friend to also take notes and make flash cards. you can exchange flash cards at lunch, free time, via call, and other ways. if your teacher posts practice quizzes, DO THEM!!!! - study with your notes! try to remeber everything from your notes then write down what you remember on a new page. go to the original notes and write down what was missing on the new page. repeat until you remember everything- writing it down really gets it into your head is what my teacher said :) there’s a lot of other stuff in between but these methods are sure to get you very good grades- i’ve got some average students to use these techniques and i saw their grades start reaching the A’s :) also, meditation or yoga works wonders in giving me a clear mind!
As the top student in my class I 1. Listen to the teacher and pay attention 2. Study 3.Dont complain 4. Have a positive attitude while doing work in school and homework
Ok here are ways to study Try the moving card method: you have one stacks of flash cards for studying, when you get a question right you move the question to the second pile and if you get it right again then you move it up one more, every pile gives more time between each, anytime you get a question wrong you move it to the first pile The nap method: when you get home get a good afternoon snack and set an alarm for a 2 hour nap, after go study the lesson in your text books and highlight important info, then have some one quiz you on the lesson The app time: do a wind down for the amount of time you want to study, bring snacks to snack with and fidgets to keep your mind focused The gohar method: he is a really great UA-cam guy who helps with your studying. During class: stay focused: ask if you can record what the teacher is saying so you can play it back and understand better, make sure you ASK Take notes: in your text book highlight the points the teacher talks about While presenting: during your presentation make sure your 1st 2nd or 3rd to present, then you can knock it out and you won’t have to watch other people go over the points you went over Before class: read the lesson summary: do it during lunch or other free times before class. When you don’t understand: ask the teacher questions to slow them down if they talk too fast, if you have trouble then get a tutor.
For the one's that doesn't know, ❤ The 123 study method is a simple method that involves learning material on day one, reviewing it on day two, and reviewing it again on day three
I’m a straight A student, third in my graduating class, and my biggest piece of advice is, when you’re studying, pretend to teach the topic you just learned or reviewed. I like to study with my friends, so I get to explain and teach them about the topic, and they learn from me. It’s a win-win situation. And when you have no one to study with, just pretend to teach!
As someone who has basically straight A’s. YOU NEED DISCIPLINE. My tip is that always tell your self “you get this work done and put the effort in, you will not only get good grades but you can relax afterwards”. No matter what, if you have to study for 8 hours on average daily and think your being “productive” it actually has counter productive benefits and effects and can decrease academic progress and achievement. When I was in high school I started studying in freshman year and got almost all A’s and 1 B and that is only because I was determined and studied my bottom off to get where I am. You will never been just given an A for sitting around, YOU put the work in even if it feels impossible and you will be surprised how much you didn’t know you could accomplish. It’s better to try and fail than never try at all. You got 2 options for school: 1. Do your work and actually try to accomplish success by self discipline. 2. Slack off and don’t do your work and question why you’re failing when it’s because you do not do anything. 3. Drop out. YOU NEED SELF DISCIPLINE, NOT MOTIVATION. MOTIVATION IS AN ACCESSORY, NOT AN NECESSITY.
I'm top 11 among 45 students in 11th grade and also best friend of topper. all i have to say is, just don't skip your homework, try to complete your notes, understand the concept and pay attention to every single word that teacher says in class. try hard not to get blamed by teachers so you can ask anything from them. and because of knowing that you will gain confidence as well. so you can write correct answers. and especially having good and supportive friends around you helps as well
For those who don’t wanna wait or just want the answers- 1. Always read answer schemes 2. Use 1 2 3 study method (day one you learnt be material, day two and three you review the material, you don’t think about it for a week and then the next week you repeat until you fully understand I guess) 3.practice past years paper.
(Use a highlighter and outline important details and main details) (Smile when u review when ur stressed or sad u WILL fail) (Memorize a specific single word from only which one topic has one) Tip from me :)
Im an honor student with a consistent line of 9 on all my subjects, ig thats what you call a straight A student. My biggest “secret” to being a top student is analogies. I use analogies for everything. Not only is it easier to remember, but it also helps in analyzing and evaluating as well. It makes it easier for me to digest foreign information and translate it into relatable information, if that makes sense. For example, instead of looking at the formula thingy for a plant making oxygen and glucose as a bunch of numbers and letters that multiply if the result increases, I look at it as if it was a cookies recipe. The base formula makes this amt of cookies, and if you want to make double the cookies, you also have to double the ingredients as well. Another way I apply this is in maths. 5(fraction) 5 divided by 7 , 7, 7|5(long division) I thought of this as if it were a sunrise and sunset. The analogies dont have to “make sense” and by that I mean you should use analogies that relate to you and that you can understand. If your into action games with combat you could think of math as the damage and if you equip a certain set then theres a damage multiplier. And for division/percentage you could think of a damage reduction debuff. Its really all up to you. Ive used this technique since i was in kindergarten. I know cuz I remember a memory of me thinking that whichever the “two points” in a < is facing, thats the greater number.
Our grading system in my country is actually numbers lol (mine is actually 97/100 so with high honors) and I'm the class topper; So here's my tip: 1. attentively listen to the lesson. 2. Make your performance (written/physical) very clean, neat at nice. 3. Only study when needed. (I normally do not study on an upcoming test, but i only study on finals 😂) I hope you find this helpful and also hope your grades will get higher❤
As a topper,I follow these steps ❤ 1 study when i want to 2 study after school 3 study happily 4 play white music 5 write and learn 6 review and revise 7 take a test 8 sleep early ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ ❤
If you are ever taking a test and there is a passage that you have to read, read the question before reading the passage so that you know what you’re looking for
As a person who has A's in all subjects, here are four tips! 1.Listen to the teacher at most times 2.Study hard, I usually have sone calming background music on. 3.Do research if you are doing for example a presentation! Don't want false information in your class! 4.Be kind to the teachers, if you make them dislike you, you might get worse grades in their classes.
As a straight a student for all my actual grades in elementary and going into middle school (NOW!) I have 3 secrets… first! If you suck/don’t like math and want help? Befriend the math nerd, then I help them in reading :D , second! PAY attention, if you are late or absent ask for help from your teacher or classmate! And lastly! Try not to get caught up in romances they can be very bothersome! Have a nice day/night/evening/morning
As a topper here’s some tips 1. Read first try to understand what they’re trying to explain 2. Make flash cards trust me they help a lot 3. Find study methods/techniques that work for u 4. Let someone make questions for u or make them ur self and practice them 5. Always revise so u remember them 6. Find a study buddy it can be anyone or it can be ur pets (it’s optional so u don’t have to) 7. Make a schedule if u can’t don’t worry u can study whenever u can Also when making notes they don’t have to be pretty like the ones u see on the internet but if u want to u can I’m not telling u can’t Have fun studying 📚😊❤ (Btw these aren’t in order!)
Straight A student here who doesn’t study has some tips 1. Love doing the work make it fun 2. Pay attention and listen to every word 3. Have somebody who’s smart check in with your grades and don’t be jealous of them just try to pass them up if percentage or letter grades when you have a goal to beat that’s can be easier depending on the other person it’s really nice I also do this with my hallway bestie in pe ( we walk to all our classes together but don’t talk outside of that ) she’s in my pe and I always try to pass her it stay at the same pace so yeah
I'm a high-achieving student and the only tip I can give is to study well. Find the method that works for you, even if it takes time, it's never a waste of time.
im a straight a hs student and here are my tips 1. find ways to connect the topic to something you already understand. not only will it help you remember said topic since it’s connected to something in your life, it will also clarify what’s going on 2. do not spend all your time studying. yes it may seem helpful, but it’s really not. the brain gets tired from doing tasks it doesnt like, so try to spice it up by taking breaks to enjoy a hobby, self care comes first. the pomodoro study method works nicely for me. 3. use resources you are given. a lot of my teachers hand out work that i can refer back to when i study and sometimes even has answers. 4. dont just write down definitions, sum them up. this requires you to think more about the topic and to further understand 5. finally, be prepared. make sure you have the materials you know will be needed for the class so you dont have to worry about getting it into a main notebook or finding a pencil. i always like to have backup pens/pencils/paper etc. in case i do forget one day.
These tips actually work I use them too Im a straight A's student but just remember to focus in classes, study for exams and submit your projects that are worth marks in your results. And most importantly, remember to know the basics of each subject especially maths because if you know the basic formulas you can do every question.
Im a straight A student. And here is how I get that Try to enjoy your classes Make friends and enjoy your time with them Study, not 24/7 just a good amount Practice makes perfect Dont be stressed!
I'm a straight A students and literally never use any of these. I don't even know what the 1 2 3 method is but oh well. Guys you can always try new methods of studying but don't keep using one that doesn't give you results, everyone's different and learns through different way. For me personally tje best way is to be interested, to read the text divide in small bits, and then to explain it in an interesting way, as if I'm the lecturer at a conference or I'm telling a funny story. And I also make sure to listen to teachers in class. This may help someone but not everyone. Just work on finding what's best for you.
As a straight A student, all I do is study for a test a day or two before and finish my homework as soon as possible 😶 Maybe sometimes if I don’t understand something I’ll search up a tutorial or something, but that’s it.
I am a straight A student here is what I do 1 procrastinate my homework and projects till the last minute 2 I don’t study 3 then I stress about the test Guys you probably shouldn’t do this I’m trying to fix it for this coming year.
Im one of 2 class toppers in my class, and believe me when i say the exam is harder if you study. Dont believe me? my classmates studied the lessons from week 1 to the final week. The exam day came and more than 23 out of 27 students failed, me who didn't study was one of the only students who passed. The reason is because for me, when someone studies, they'll become anxious, scared to fail an exam, the sudden adrenaline rush keeps you up all night, worrying about school, resulting in being tired to think straight the next day. so in my opinion, just re read the notes you barely remember and leave the ones you remember untouched. I did that once and i got 19/20 in mathematics with only one question wrong.
As a straight A student here are some real tips 1.Study your notes and write down all what you remember on a separate paper, then go over and write down what ever you missed, repeat this 2. Use online resources. Even if you know the topic well 3. Practice questions! 4. I ask the teacher for work sheets that we skipped or missed through out the topic and do them Hope this helped:)
As an honour student and valedictorian of my highschool, a good tip is to try not to just wing it, study hard, not long, my PE teacher always told me "Suffer now Enjoy later" yes i know its a bible verse but its simplicity yet power still amazes me As long as you study, whatever works best for you, reading, watching tutorials, writing doen notes All you need to do, is understand It will not work if you do not help yourself improve, many peolle fail noy because they cant pass, its because they dont have the determination to pass ANYONE CAN PASS they just need to find the right reason to do so, either to reach a goal, to support your family, to prove a point I used to be an idiot, lazy, i had low grades, but when i saw that one bit of inspiration, once i set my goal onto becoming a Lawyer i persued it because i was determined to get that high paying job and buy my old family house back, all you need is the will
1. Revise the day you learn something new, it will stick 2. If you want to memorize, revise the day of, then write down what you remember, then revise and repeat until you remember everything. Make connections in your mind, like find some words and things that you can connect to whatever your memorizing. Take notes in your own words during class, only if it doesn't disrupt your listening to the class. 3. This sounds kinda stupid but actually try to understand what is being taught to you instead of just memorizing, memorizing only works for history and geography, if you want to study equations don't just memorize them, understand what your doing with that equation so when it comes time to use it you know how it works and there is no possibility of forgetting it. If you can't understand it, try teaching it in a simple way, you will discover your weak spots. 4. Most importantly read, read any book because if you can't understand what is being asked of you then you might as well shouldn't study because it doesn't matter. Plus it makes you smarter. Try to eat healthy, maintain a sleep schedule, workout, read, spend time outside, invest in hobbies and art, these things might sound unrelated but they are the things that will actually put you up top, just studying can only take you so far.
Here are simple things that held me good grades Do NOT focus on any complicated things like study schedules or methods or organization or no nothing. It stresses you out with all the work. Just find some free time to study, important: don’t study TOO much, only like 1 hour at a time. No method or nothing, just study and be calm and choose a subject u gotta work on and simply study it. Alternating between subjects is suggested If you’re gonna use books, read textbooks, because most stupid novels like road dahl are just distractions To organize just get a pencil case with slots and fill each one up with stationery like a pencil in one or a marker in another and put different stationery in ur desk drawers Use internet more, at least effectively, it helps me a lot especially youtube or learning apps like seneca, df maths For studying u can simply study a way u want to like simply revising, but the most effective way is quizzing yourself, like flashcards and going through each one until u get all the info right and practice everyday
I have a single study tip: make notes before an exam. Supposedly it's better to make them by hand, but I personally type them on comic sans so that I can absorb the information easier. This helps learn when you type it, and then you have a perfect study guide written in your own words to finish learning everything.
So the 1 2 3 method is a way to organize what you want to do on a day 😁 Under "1" note the most important task. Under "2" you note the tasks that are also important, but do not have top priority. Under "3" you note smaller tasks that you would also like to complete.
As a topper right now i usually save every single test. Around 3 days before state testing I read all those tests. Yep. All of them. I cram it. It totally works tho and I recommend starting around a week or 2 before tho 🤪
As a straight A student, I can confirm none of this is true. I never studied. I opened my books and wrote notes one day before exam. But i always paid attention to class.
As a straight A student, I can tell that I had to learn the typology of every teacher, because we don't get some grades deservedly. I don't study a lot, so half of the grades I deserve are Fs
Things that straight a students might not have told you (I’m a straight a student and I struggle with this) . Warning: Sort or a vent. It’s not always fun to be a straight a student. My motivation is gone. A 80/100 doesn’t feel good. It feels like I got a F-. I can’t talk to someone about it because:” Don’t complain atleast you get good grades”. But they don’t feel like it. I can’t take a break from school because its illegal. I feel like every has set this expectation of me. That I’m always happy with my grades and never work hard for it. I might not work that hard for it in” real life” but in my thoughts its a war zone. I don’t feel like I did well unless I get only 100/100’s. But that’s almost impossible. Even if I only get one B or A- it immediately looks like I did terrible in my head. Does anyone have tips on this?
As a straight A student i dont study but if a study guide is offered take up on the chance normally the teachers design it to be like the test and doing it might even give you and answer to the test
As a topper, my only three secrets is that I never told anyone,,,,, 1)No study😅 but how I can all the answers,?I don't know.😕 2)Just study before exam😅 3)Try to study one chapter within 5 minute before exam😅

as a straight A student that never pays attention in classes, here's some tips:
so you should never leave out anything from the small boxes, as it can come for 1 mark or so. don't just read, try to understand and underline or mark the important ones. after you're done reading, try quizzing yourself. it helps alot. if you don't feel like studying at night, just don't and sleep early. wake up early instead and study. always revise. revising is very important. if you studied at night, in the morning before going to school you can revise. also before the exam or the test try meditating or praying.

As far as i could remember being as a topper, the only thing that i tried was to pay attention to the classes. Apart from it as a best study guide i could give is -
1. Find out which type of learner you are. (I suggest you to take around 2-3 quizes if you are not sure)

3. The most important thing is to compare yourself in a positive way (If your friend got more marks then ask yourself if you can too and challenge it)
Toppers tips are those that they naturally invent, take everything positive, there is nothing special about a topper.
I HOPE THIS HELPS
As a student with high honors who also struggles with time management, here are some personal tips I can share that I learned from my senior high school experience:
1.) When studying, don't just read.
I'm personally a night owl, but sometimes I just get so exhausted after school 🥸
6.) Pray. Meditate. Or any other thing you do when you want to clear your mind. This works wonders.
That's all I can think of for now. Remember that though this worked for me, it's not a 100% guarantee it will work for you. Nevertheless, I hope this helps!
Thank you this helps
Thanks
Thanks bro😊
thank you for sharing❤
You're welcome, guys! I just graduated senior high school last June 6 😄 I wish you all the best 🫡
Study everyday. Thats the only secret
Yes
Nahhh, every day but could be less efficient
Nahh I dont study at all and get straight A's. Just be motivated and focused, if you have to then you should study all day.
Ok question how do you study tho?? Like ive just never understood how to study whenever i ask for help people just tell me to study or to just try, but i dont know how to, so like, how do u stud
@@Luv4pookieit depends on the topic, I recommend watching videos on how to study for different things
as a straight A student who plays genshin and makes youtube videos, i just do my homework and practice. you can also put in questions and answers into a blooket and practice :) it REALLY sticks in my head. *remember, you will never regret studying but you WILL regret not studying
As an straight A-A+ student I can tell you that all I do is belive in my dreams and when I don't have motivation I remember why I am doing this:
To be rich, to have a healthy family and to make myself proud!
Do not listen to others, you are perfect as you are ,you don't need to overwork yourself!
Even if you have B's you are still a great student!
You are enough!❤
Edit:I wish you luck in life!❤🎉😊
I've been a straight A's student ever since I can remember. But the thing is I never actually use any routine, never have schedule or any particular methods. I procrastinate a lot and most of the times even my notebooks remain incomplete. I've always been the type to just study whenever I want and in whatever way I feel like and still somehow managed to get all A's 😂
Same here di
Finally found a straight a student like me😅
Ok, finally i can relate to someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But that is not applicable for law and medical students
bruh you guys are just born smart
Have you ever attempt any competitive exam like ,all india level ??? 💜
Study tips.
1.Keep confident not over confident.
2.Do hardwork.
3.Use time properly.
4.Don't distract while studying and keep Focus on your study.
as a topper, here r some tips.
dont stress over ur studies. ik its hard and everything but dw about it too much, js study and youll get it in no time.
try quizzing urself. it helps u understand the concept better. once youve revised a chapter, go and teach someone else. like anyone, ur sibling or ur friends or anyone, and if ure shy then make a presentation about it, helps !!
when ure at home, revise. revise the chapters and review them, ur grades will get better.
personally for my school they don't give us offs too much, so i study alot. for example, imagine i have an exam on 9 and its of maths, ill start practicing maths a lot before like a month, then after that exam is done ill go ahead and revise the other one, like english, and then when im done revising english, ill revise the next subject, and keep going and going and going, and it helps !!
i never told anyone abt the last one so ure lucky heheh thank me later, you got this!!
I have my own method to study.
I read books, transfer the main ideas in a notebook, highlight the important words and remember it. Then I formulate my own questions from the topic and try to answer it myself so that I'm prepared in exams.
My tips are
NEVER EVER EVER MISS A CLASS
Asking questions is a game changer, if no one asks questions thinking that they all understand but actually no-one remembers but they rely in them selves when the study, but asking questions will root you understanding of the lesson deeper.
I have straight A’s and I have never done any of these so the only thing I have to say is practice in ways that actually benefit YOU. Nobody is the same! ❤
i get straight A's all the time (except for physical education loll) but i hardly study but rather just watching videos about general knowledge since elementary.
I’m a straight A student and I don’t do my homework or study so really it just depends on how good you listen and how good the teachers teach you in lessons.
top student never tell you
> they feel disappointed and depressed if they don't achive the mark they wanted (which most of you make it as memes)
> over strain themselves by themselves
> has anxiety that they may disappoint someone
> they feel tired but still work because they have to do it
i struggle memorizing and learning things despite being a A student. i like to make summaries of short sections or paragraphs for english or anything of the source.
Bro that arrow straight goes to dislike option 🌚
😂true
No, it goes straight to like
As a straight A student here are some stuff i did these past years:
1. Be aware that the grade coming up next after the one ur in right now is going to be harder, try taking a book/notebook from the up-coming grade and study some of that
2. Revise things u just learned
3. Try ur best
4. Study for a couple hours with breaks in between
5. Try to love the classes
"NEVER MISS CLASSES "
Actually no im a straight A student and miss classes sooooo much
@@ILOVEKPOP142you must be young trust me you will need to study very hard in the next years
@@surg8327I’m a junior in highschool, idk if that’s considered young to you but I miss class all the time due to family issues but I have straight A’s. I guess it’s because I do study the work posted online everyday and do extra credit assignments so idk lol
@@Mxncherii classes must be easy or u can understand the subjects very quickly
Real straight A students know, we don’t study it’s a combination of obsession and blind luck. I literally don’t know how cuz I costed through middle school and never learned
Me too
So me like sh*t does itself. When I tell people tht I don't study they think I'm lying or withdrawing information
I get straight As and Bs by just reading over my notes while making quizlet flashcards the night before then reviewing them on the bus to school 🙃 It's great because it saves your mental health cuz you're not spending hours studying but you can still do well
Tips from a straight A student taking all accelerated classes and AP’s along with many extracurriculars and a job:
- Have a good attitude about every class.
1.Listen to the teacher and explanation
2. Stay in discipline cause those marks count and have proper uniform don't do fashion
3. Take notes in school then review them and write notes based on them just the important topics
4. Sleep early and study before and have a healthy mind before sleeping
5. Read And Write Have Neat handwriting and a signature book that makes u feel relaxed and motivated.
I follow them when needed and during summer vacations u shall do some physical activity like I do football basketball running and cycling and go on morning walks bc their really good once u try!
As a straight a student i don't use these tips at all
This Video was Helpful for step one, trying to study!
i’m a class topper who gets academic rewards and a+ student, here’s my tips:
- pay attention. if you can’t pay attention bc of your friends next to you talking, ask the teacher their self to move you somewhere away from your friend. i sit in the front away from my friends and it really helps bc i can’t rlly talk to them which is very tempting.
- study with your notes! try to remeber everything from your notes then write down what you remember on a new page. go to the original notes and write down what was missing on the new page. repeat until you remember everything- writing it down really gets it into your head is what my teacher said :)
there’s a lot of other stuff in between but these methods are sure to get you very good grades- i’ve got some average students to use these techniques and i saw their grades start reaching the A’s :) also, meditation or yoga works wonders in giving me a clear mind!
As the top student in my class I
1. Listen to the teacher and pay attention
2. Study
3.Dont complain
4. Have a positive attitude while doing work in school and homework
Ok here are ways to study
Try the moving card method: you have one stacks of flash cards for studying, when you get a question right you move the question to the second pile and if you get it right again then you move it up one more, every pile gives more time between each, anytime you get a question wrong you move it to the first pile
The nap method: when you get home get a good afternoon snack and set an alarm for a 2 hour nap, after go study the lesson in your text books and highlight important info, then have some one quiz you on the lesson
The app time: do a wind down for the amount of time you want to study, bring snacks to snack with and fidgets to keep your mind focused
The gohar method: he is a really great UA-cam guy who helps with your studying.
During class:
stay focused: ask if you can record what the teacher is saying so you can play it back and understand better, make sure you ASK
Take notes: in your text book highlight the points the teacher talks about
While presenting: during your presentation make sure your 1st 2nd or 3rd to present, then you can knock it out and you won’t have to watch other people go over the points you went over
Before class:
read the lesson summary: do it during lunch or other free times before class.
When you don’t understand: ask the teacher questions to slow them down if they talk too fast, if you have trouble then get a tutor.
For the one's that doesn't know,
❤
The 123 study method is a simple method that involves learning material on day one, reviewing it on day two, and reviewing it again on day three
As a A student this is my method
1.study ofc
2.pay attention in class
3.i try to love my classes
4.try to get many friends,it will help
You got 2 options for school:
As a straight A student ( not bragging) I rlly recommend the past papers like do at least 4 every week it rlly helps
As a straight A kid, I can confirm that unlike other straight A's,I pick up the books 2 weeks before the exam
Thank u so much bc im going in year 7 soon and im rlly nervous so thx so much for the tips i really appreciate it
I'm top 11 among 45 students in 11th grade and also best friend of topper. all i have to say is,
just don't skip your homework,
try to complete your notes,
understand the concept and pay attention to every single word that teacher says in class.
try hard not to get blamed by teachers so you can ask anything from them. and because of knowing that you will gain confidence as well. so you can write correct answers.
and especially having good and supportive friends around you helps as well
Tysm I have been getting A+ at most of my studies tysm again 😸
For those who don’t wanna wait or just want the answers-
1. Always read answer schemes
2. Use 1 2 3 study method (day one you learnt be material, day two and three you review the material, you don’t think about it for a week and then the next week you repeat until you fully understand I guess)
3.practice past years paper.
I am having an interest in study so you will be focused and determined, that way you will get marks
(Use a highlighter and outline important details and main details)
(Smile when u review when ur stressed or sad u WILL fail)
(Memorize a specific single word from only which one topic has one)
Tip from me :)
5(fraction)
5 divided by 7 , 7, 7|5(long division)
I thought of this as if it were a sunrise and sunset.
1.Avoid cramming
2.have a study habit
3.Enjoy your study dont stress yourself
Our grading system in my country is actually numbers lol (mine is actually 97/100 so with high honors) and I'm the class topper;
So here's my tip:
1. attentively listen to the lesson.
2. Make your performance (written/physical) very clean, neat at nice.
3. Only study when needed.
(I normally do not study on an upcoming test, but i only study on finals 😂)
I hope you find this helpful and also hope your grades will get higher❤
As a topper,I follow these steps ❤
1 study when i want to
2 study after school
3 study happily
4 play white music
5 write and learn
6 review and revise
7 take a test
8 sleep early
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤
If you are ever taking a test and there is a passage that you have to read, read the question before reading the passage so that you know what you’re looking for
As a person who has A's in all subjects, here are four tips!
1.Listen to the teacher at most times
2.Study hard, I usually have sone calming background music on.
3.Do research if you are doing for example a presentation! Don't want false information in your class!
4.Be kind to the teachers, if you make them dislike you, you might get worse grades in their classes.
This is so helpful! I got choosed to Cambridge's test bc i was very good and tysmm
As a topper here’s some tips
1. Read first try to understand what they’re trying to explain
2. Make flash cards trust me they help a lot
3. Find study methods/techniques that work for u
4. Let someone make questions for u or make them ur self and practice them
5. Always revise so u remember them
6. Find a study buddy it can be anyone or it can be ur pets (it’s optional so u don’t have to)
7. Make a schedule if u can’t don’t worry u can study whenever u can
Also when making notes they don’t have to be pretty like the ones u see on the internet but if u want to u can I’m not telling u can’t
Have fun studying 📚😊❤
(Btw these aren’t in order!)
As a straight A’s student,all I do is sleep and eat,play games,and pay attention to class,I never get BCDF’s bc idk lmao,but I don’t rlly study 😅
good
Straight A student here who doesn’t study has some tips
1. Love doing the work make it fun
2. Pay attention and listen to every word
My tips (got 92 in boards 10th)
-Consistency
-Discipline
As a topper I recommend blurting and highlighting, It helps me alot, And dont study for to long without breaks!
im a straight a hs student and here are my tips
1. find ways to connect the topic to something you already understand. not only will it help you remember said topic since it’s connected to something in your life, it will also clarify what’s going on
2. do not spend all your time studying. yes it may seem helpful, but it’s really not. the brain gets tired from doing tasks it doesnt like, so try to spice it up by taking breaks to enjoy a hobby, self care comes first. the pomodoro study method works nicely for me.
3. use resources you are given. a lot of my teachers hand out work that i can refer back to when i study and sometimes even has answers.
4. dont just write down definitions, sum them up. this requires you to think more about the topic and to further understand
5. finally, be prepared. make sure you have the materials you know will be needed for the class so you dont have to worry about getting it into a main notebook or finding a pencil. i always like to have backup pens/pencils/paper etc. in case i do forget one day.
Also one tip ,don't leave a timer when studying
I literally just make a blooket and put all the questions on there to study. I can’t study unless it’s fun
Congrats! to those who graduated, got a job and succeeded in life till the intro ends.
These tips actually work I use them too Im a straight A's student but just remember to focus in classes, study for exams and submit your projects that are worth marks in your results. And most importantly, remember to know the basics of each subject especially maths because if you know the basic formulas you can do every question.
I’m a strait A student and I never used these here are my tips
1. Listen to the teachers teaching
2. Do your work asap
Im a straight A student. And here is how I get that
Try to enjoy your classes
Make friends and enjoy your time with them
Study, not 24/7 just a good amount
Practice makes perfect
Dont be stressed!
I wanna start something fresh this year and improve my grades I'm not failing school I'm an average student but I wanna improve it
As a topper, I don’t really study or take notes, I just have a pretty good memory and can take mental notes that I remember
As a straight A student, all I do is study for a test a day or two before and finish my homework as soon as possible 😶
Maybe sometimes if I don’t understand something I’ll search up a tutorial or something, but that’s it.
I am a straight A student here is what I do
1 procrastinate my homework and projects till the last minute
2 I don’t study
3 then I stress about the test
Guys you probably shouldn’t do this I’m trying to fix it for this coming year.
As a straight A student here are some real tips
1.Study your notes and write down all what you remember on a separate paper, then go over and write down what ever you missed, repeat this
2. Use online resources. Even if you know the topic well
3. Practice questions!
4. I ask the teacher for work sheets that we skipped or missed through out the topic and do them
Hope this helped:)
As an honour student and valedictorian of my highschool, a good tip is to try not to just wing it, study hard, not long, my PE teacher always told me "Suffer now Enjoy later" yes i know its a bible verse but its simplicity yet power still amazes me
As long as you study, whatever works best for you, reading, watching tutorials, writing doen notes
All you need to do, is understand
It will not work if you do not help yourself improve, many peolle fail noy because they cant pass, its because they dont have the determination to pass ANYONE CAN PASS they just need to find the right reason to do so, either to reach a goal, to support your family, to prove a point
I used to be an idiot, lazy, i had low grades, but when i saw that one bit of inspiration, once i set my goal onto becoming a Lawyer i persued it because i was determined to get that high paying job and buy my old family house back, all you need is the will
1. Revise the day you learn something new, it will stick
Here are simple things that held me good grades
Do NOT focus on any complicated things like study schedules or methods or organization or no nothing. It stresses you out with all the work.
Just find some free time to study, important: don’t study TOO much, only like 1 hour at a time. No method or nothing, just study and be calm and choose a subject u gotta work on and simply study it. Alternating between subjects is suggested
If you’re gonna use books, read textbooks, because most stupid novels like road dahl are just distractions
To organize just get a pencil case with slots and fill each one up with stationery like a pencil in one or a marker in another and put different stationery in ur desk drawers
Use internet more, at least effectively, it helps me a lot especially youtube or learning apps like seneca, df maths
For studying u can simply study a way u want to like simply revising, but the most effective way is quizzing yourself, like flashcards and going through each one until u get all the info right and practice everyday
as a top student I can tell you that I never listen in class , barely study , barely revise , half the time late and still manage to pass
As a straight A student
1. Get on your teacher’s good side
2. Watch animations on the topic
3. Cheat on homework
4. Always do extra credit
I have a single study tip: make notes before an exam. Supposedly it's better to make them by hand, but I personally type them on comic sans so that I can absorb the information easier. This helps learn when you type it, and then you have a perfect study guide written in your own words to finish learning everything.
I am topper one but I didn't follow those. I teach for imagine children. 😀💜
I’m starting to study more because of this!❤
So the 1 2 3 method is a way to organize what you want to do on a day 😁
Under "1" note the most important task. Under "2" you note the tasks that are also important, but do not have top priority. Under "3" you note smaller tasks that you would also like to complete.
So to as a topper you have to
1.pay attention in class
2.study the things that you have done at school today
3.do a lot of past papers
As an A+ student i searching for ways to not get distracted during studying so i dont get grounded😂
Can anybody explain the first two, like I understood but how do I follow it plz...😢😊❤
As a topper right now i usually save every single test. Around 3 days before state testing I read all those tests. Yep. All of them. I cram it. It totally works tho and I recommend starting around a week or 2 before tho 🤪
As a student with straight As' i never used these things😅
I was a straight A student and just recently got homeschooled and I wish I studied more! Because now I have Cs….😅
As a straight A student, I can confirm none of this is true. I never studied. I opened my books and wrote notes one day before exam. But i always paid attention to class.
I am a straight A student but I don't use these but I’m not changing up what I do because it seems to be working
As a straight A student, I can tell that I had to learn the typology of every teacher, because we don't get some grades deservedly. I don't study a lot, so half of the grades I deserve are Fs
As an A+ student, my deepest secret is to naturally learn everything through nature by practicing chakra or any other form of meditation.
My trick was sleeping a bunch and reading last minute somehow worked everytime
I’m a straight A student I don’t study that much but all I do is I listen in class and study that’s it 🤷♀️
I get a A on every test I do or a B+.
-PAY ATTENTION IN CLASS
-Take notes
-Study online stuff you don’t even know yet
I would just wing everything and I got all A’s
What I do as a straight A student:
1: study till midnight
2: read that night the work due
3: pull all nighters
Conclusion
I’m sleep deprived😍
As a straight A student i dont study but if a study guide is offered take up on the chance normally the teachers design it to be like the test and doing it might even give you and answer to the test
As a topper, my only three secrets is that I never told anyone,,,,,
1)No study😅 but how I can all the answers,?I don't know.😕
2)Just study before exam😅
3)Try to study one chapter within 5 minute before exam😅
I procrastinate almost all my assignments and exams but i am still a A Student
