I just got done doing my 83 Toyota. Carpet worked great. Something that worked for me was to use a soldering iron for bolt holes. Not only perfect holes, but it "sealed" the hole, so I had no sloppy runners. Only 2 band-aids later, It worked great! Thank You

Just to let EVERYONE know, it is a BRILLIANT idea, if you are changing the carpet" is to buy some "BOOM MAT" or some other brand of sound deadening to reduce road noise before you put the carpet down...

All cars and trucks should have a option for rubber floors. Carpet just gets dirty.
