Buy a mouth spray from the pharmacy! That's the only thing helping me, besides chewing gum all the time. Those sprays however; they really really help. And they are not expensive, mine lasts ages.

Thanks for the tip. My pharmacy doesn't have sprays so I'm still looking. Didn't even know they were a thing
