I found this very moving, the loss of a young life in such a violent way, the effect it had on Josue's family and the community is so sad. Watching the killer being found guilty and sentenced to life after 7 years is a testament to the Police and Attorneys Office who never gave up, it is heart warming to see the whole community come together to keep their children safe sends out a warning to anyone wanting to harm to any child in the community, and what a great way of honouring the memory of Josue.

The killer's reason/motivation is very obvious actually!
      At least to me…
I'm very surprised that Police didn't investigate his background and his extended family/life background…
I am sure he was, in his sick twisted mind, "avenging" someone he loved or cared for that had been hurt by a "Latino" male.
So the sick man committed this horrendous depraved murder as payback for some innocent life that has been taken by someone who is of South American descent.
So in his sick perverse mind, he was fully justified! As in "an eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth".
Of course, that's not how it works, but his mind and heart must be damaged by years of sinful ungodly lifestyle and demonic possession…
I'm sure the boy's soul went up to be with the Lord! Because that's incomparably better for anyone anyways…
Not so sure if Andre's soul is capable of repenting and being absolved though…

This poor sweet boy! I used to walk home from school at his age & younger. My dad asked me to go get a couple things at grocery store one Friday afternoon on my bike. This was a normal activity for me when I visited him on weekends. I started out my normal route which took me by the middle & high schools. As I rode past noticed a man riding his bike around parking lot. He then started following, I had already sensed bad coming off of him. I rode as fast as I could back to my dad's via a couple of short cuts, got there & started yelling for my dad saying a man was following me. My dad always had guns, in the house & vehicle. He hopped in his truck ,armed & went searching fir him. I was shaking & so freaked. I knew I had dodged being hurt. He came back, never found him, I'm pretty sure my dad would have hurt hin, ended him or take him up to his friends place deep in the woods. After that I had a difficult time staying at his house, knowing that guy could come back. Kids nowadays are looking at their phones, having ear buds in, no situational awareness.

Regardless of the material that the jacket was made of, it would have been caught in the threads at the seams.. in the cuffs, probably in the lining. These cops seem to be reaching. They got tunnel vision and decided he had to have done it. Explore ALL possibilities… don’t let your assumptions blind you… that’s what I would tell them. Whoever killed that little boy walked free-whether it was this guy or someone else-because of their shoddy work.

If he supposedly wiped the blood off the jacket then what did he wipe it off with and since he was putting the jacket on does that mean he had it off when he stabbed thw boy so which is it. He didnt seem to have any blood on his clothes either. If i were the famiky i wouldnt be too happy about this verdict. I'd be pisssed that whoever killed my kid got away with it.
