WOW!! AMAZING! That is beautiful what you did. 🙂 I was just telling my friend how I wanted to do the Dot Art and wanted to start buying the tools and learn about it. She asked if I had seen your tutorial today and so here I am and I love how you showed us how to do it, thank you very much! I can't wait to start!
I'm so excited that you're wanting to try dot painting and that you found my video to help get you started. Please let me know if you have any questions. Good luck! 🌸😊🎨
Hi Heather, I use Americana Deco Art paints that happen to be a great consistency for dot painting. I sometimes add white to make the colors lighter for contrast 😊
I've tried that but the rocks turn out really lightweight and easily dent and break. I've tried mixing plaster of Paris with cement and haven't had real good luck but there are lots of UA-cam videos of those that seem to. Ultracal 30 is just simpler and consistent for me.
Thank you especially for showing how you put things right if a dot isn't quite where it needs to be . Kay
I'm so glad you found it helpful!
Beautiful 😍❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!! 😊

Thank you! 😊 I use a lazy Susan, here is the link: amzn.to/4deEMHk
@@creativeclasseswithelaine great! I have ordered it asap😂Thanks for your quick reply.
I have ordered it in Germany, is your tool working smooth? Then I will follow your link and send mine back😢@@creativeclasseswithelaine
Where did you find your little fan?
I found it on Amazon, the one I'm using here is no longer available it looks like but they have mini fans 😊
Lovely! Can you list supplies including where to get the turntable.
I just added links to the supplies you inquired about in the description 😊
@@creativeclasseswithelaine do you find your sticks there too?
@@creativeclasseswithelaine thank you
Want to try this too. Do you have a source for the templates and chalk pencil. Totally new
I've just added links to these in the description 😊
@@creativeclasseswithelaine thank you.
That looks very beautiful. Please can you tell me the size of the stone you used. Thank you for showing. Greet from the Netherlands.
These rocks are 4” and I used molds from the happy dotting company 😊
I am late to the party but do you show how you mix the colors for your paint?
Hi Heather, I use Americana Deco Art paints that happen to be a great consistency for dot painting. I sometimes add white to make the colors lighter for contrast 😊
Lindo trabalho
Thank you! 😊
Thanks for sharing. I'm new to your channel. I have a question, where do you get the rocks.
Hi Sylvia, I make my own rocks using molds and ultracal 30.
@@creativeclasseswithelaine Oh, okay thanks.
@@creativeclasseswithelaine Would Paris Plaster work instead of ultracal 30.
I've tried that but the rocks turn out really lightweight and easily dent and break. I've tried mixing plaster of Paris with cement and haven't had real good luck but there are lots of UA-cam videos of those that seem to. Ultracal 30 is just simpler and consistent for me.
@@creativeclasseswithelaine I found out that I could do it on Canvas or chipboard.
Thank you.
