WOW! Been a fan since the Kickstarted conception but never seen this... The 1st minutes response was mind blowing and one of the main reason why I still love this game everyday! I play on the KD Sim and so mind blown how much work they put into it for 20 bucks! At 43 years old my years old passion for mini painting has been reinvigorated. No game has ever come close.... EVER KDM to me is like Hero Quest when it came out when I was a kid! Just fucking WOW
I love the idea that we are all “playing” together. Every time we start a new settlement it’s like in a different area of the plain of faces, would be cool if we as players create some way to interact with each other’s settlements. Like an event where my settlement finds yours and we either battle for resources or work together to learn new innovations or something. I don’t know I’m rambling
Gamblers chest is already at $225, it is going to be crammed with all sorts of goodies :) I bet people will be selling them for at least double that value on ebay. Not bad considering some people got them $50 or less depending how you look at it.
Im of the opinion that its underpriced for what you get. ESPECIALLY if you go of kickstarter backer prices. I think 400 for the core, if anything, is underpriced, but def not overpriced.
its really underpriced if you look at the same number of any other miniatures, and on top of the miniatures you also get all the game content including about 1200 cards
It’s not canon of course but also here’s my idea on “age” so you only age when you go hunt because you left the lantern hoard. So when a child is born the quickly age to like 15 or something in like a few “days” then stop, when you hunt the further you get the more your body ages and you get older but the people back home stay the same. Sorta like the whole idea about traveling at the speed of light thing. Again rambling

Wish they'd do a KDM video game in the vien of Xcom that plays out pretty much as the board game.
