Sir i insist that you plz clear my thoughts about this topic.i am confused sir that how can i lady judge know about the feelings of childs father ,if she has to play a role of both parents as a judge for the welfare of child.lady judges give advantages to mothers who ever wifes demands khula and also get advantage of keeping child custody on the basis of Quran that,a mother has a responsibility to breastfeed her child till the age of 2 years but what if mother refuses to breast feed her child .At that point i think that at first she going against the order of Allah,second she is putting childs life in danger and third putting an extra burden on husband in form of purchasing expensive formula milk. Then how can a court say that mother is innocent and on other side they see the child father as a non eligble parent and jallad. And in case of interim and meeting with child is allowed.mother is allowed roam freely where ever she wants but when father merts his child,he was just given 1 or 2 hours in an enviroment where he is not allowed to leave the premises allowed,like seriously sir,is being a father is his crime and he is prisoned in court. Is there anyway that mother gets accountable for that interim amount of minor, wheter the payment given to mother for the welfare of minor is righfully being spended on child.Do any judge have time to ensure it, i think they cant bcoz they dont care what happens with minor out of court. I myself get ashamed sir while thinking about these loop holes of court. And specially mother take full advantage of this to set example of father that he was wrong to order to ex wife to do hijab and and to be his half islam.to not to have chat with na mehrams and to not to roam in bazars.At that point father and a husband thinks that he is nothing but just a joke.
