Get the straps where you want them and then use some cord and a thick/curved needle. Pierce the strap material through the main waist and extra end a couple times then tack in place.
It's not a design flaw, it's a one-off issue that you should have called customer service to get resolved...they don't all do that. In fact, this is the first time I've seen it. Also, if you use the stays correctly, it should help. You missed a bunch of features too. It's the Special Operations Combatives Program from Greg Thompson.
"You missed a bunch of features too." - Do list them out and share with the class. "Also, if you use the stays correctly, it should help." - Again, feel free to share your knowledge. It helps no one for you to leave these comments without explanations.
On the issue of the loosening strap if you were to put that elastic keeper on the end of the loose strap and roll it up to the buckle it will keep it from sliding out as easy on you
Looks ridiculous as a Fanny pack imo I use mine as a baby sling backpack makes more sense that way. I never off body carry anyway so I don’t use it for that purpose unless I’m at the beach which I did use it for that reason this weekend worked great carrying it for my edc gear but other then that it’s a primary medical bag with port charger and other little crap I might need daily

Galco fastrax. A little expensive but it works well as a holster plus you can hold a couple of things inside of it

Doesn't know how to use the strap.
Blames manufacturer.
I mean, this comment is so stupid I don't know how to respond.
