Mid Autumn Festival is based on Chinese Calendar not lunar calendar. They are very much different. Chinese Calendar is based both on solar and lunar system.

For the souffle, I remember there is a small shop for it near the China city in London, which is called"黑芙蕾“（I hope I remember the right name）, the price is around 7-8 pounds, an affordable price in London.~ Also, a very interesting thing, some Chinese have their own definition for tiramisu hahaha. I still remember I once met a woman use Oreo and cream to make the dessert and tell me it is tiramisu. Anyway, the color looks similar
