How To Make Aloo Gobi at home! Potato & Cauliflower! Restaurant Quality! Vegetarian - Vegan Recipe!

- Hi guys a nice and simple recipe for you to follow at home. If you follow the instructions from this video you will have the most amazing flavoursome dish ever!
Ingredients:
300 g Baby Potato or any other potato
300 g Cauliflower
4 tbs Oil
1 tsp Cumin
3 Bayleaf - Tez Pata
1 Diced Onion
1 Pinch Kalonji seeds - Nigella seeds
1.5 tsp salt to taste
1 tbs Tomato Puree Paste
2 small Tomato (1 diced 1 wedges)
2 cups of Water
4 sliced Green Chilli
1 Handful of fresh Coriander
spice mix:
1 tsp Kasmiri Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Curry Powder
0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder

I've done something similar recently but using up leftovers from Sunday lunch. Potatoes cauliflower and chicken and frozen spinach. Tikka masala paste.

I was looking for the perfect Aloo Gobi recipe and oh my gosh when i came across yours I will never revert to buying it again , i will forever be cooking it from scratch. The only thinh i added extra was 1tsp of garam masala and a half tsp of madras curry powder. Thank you so so much. Wish I could send you a photo of mine.

Aloo Gobi is my favorite dish and whenever we went to an Indian restaurant I ordered it. After cooking it myself at home today from your recipe I might never ever do that again 😂. It was absolutely amazing! Btw, I cooked it in an Asian wok, and that worked well.
