    Sir 8 members he chairman ko bataya ki secretary complaint latter fad diya he khuch bhi karywahi nahi kiya .me maintenance housing court me bhar Shakti hu ? Society pe vishwas nahi hai.

    Builder has not obtained OC due to some reason and since 14 yreas society is following up with builder but no result. So can society go head for deed conveyance ?

    sir hamare society main sab meeting main kuch member online aate hai zoom meeting main koi koi toh bulding main rehne ke bawajood zoom per aate hai koi out station , society apana qoram pura karane ke liye person in meeting ki presenti kam hoti hai toh yeh society mc online meeting attend kiya hua vote bhi and attendence bhi agm and sgm main karate hai as per gr no online meeting allow suna tha sir kya sach main yeh rule hai , aur from last 23 se secretory sab meeting main online ka madhya de rahe hai society main jo log nahi rehte hai is per kya action le sakate hai sir please guide yeh sab redevlopment ke peeche lage hue hai and lawyer iinhe advice kar raha hai aap ki suggestion chaye mujhe sir please

    Sir nowadays people are reluctant to rent or sell their flat to Muslim community.
