Why isn't Maha Rera doing anything about people who obtain 2 or 3 parking slots from Builders. Why are useless Builders too allowed to sell more than 2 parking slots to each Flat Owner? Builders also charge for parking space in Lacs by taking money and not providing any receipt for that. Why doesn't the Government charge them tax on that amount? Builders flout all rules and Government doesn't take any action against them. There are no strict rules against Developers for cutting trees, encroachment of others land, charging in lacs for parking space, providing sub standard material and delay in projects.

Why doesn't the Government share a soft copy of updated MAHARERA rules and regulations in soft copy to all person who are domicile and staying in maharashtra on their mobile thru wapp the way it's done for elections

Secondly I would like to know if my legal views have reached the right person, whether it has been accepted and who and when will it be put to for implementation or discussion and it's outcome of acceptance or rejection
After handover home and parking to you in any society. Who will take care of that parking ? Society commity or owner ? Mechanical parkings expenses who will bare ?

Kitna bhi karlo, Indian laws and methods are pathetic, major issue of under construction property delay is not yet resolved. Very reputed builder gives property after 6 years. A simple compulsion can make it easy but not sure how our system can't think what I can. If major disputes want to resolve make under construction property payout by default pay scheme. This is upto and not actual 1. 10% @ booking 2. 30% @ podium parking completion 3. 45% @ half slab completion 4. 60%@ full slab completion 5. 70% @ individual house civil work completion 6. 75% @ soft possession (once civil work done and apply for oc) 7. 100% @ final possession (if delay by 6 month 5% mandatory discoubt) If delay by 1 year 10% mandatory discount) meanse pay @ 90% by default possession will be given. If this rule apply. 95% issues will resolves
My developer has mentioned car parking dimensions 14.7 ft x 7.5 ft x 7 ft. But Tata Safari Tata Harrier and Fortuner will not be accommodated in this space. Is there minimum dimensions requirement mention /provided in Maharera circular?

Under construction property me agreement ho gaya hai.. possession ke liye 2 saal hai.. isme kya kare? Builder se letter head par likhwa le kya??

Maharera is not for redevelopment societies.It is only for new projects.
In agreement I am shown the allocated parking. But parking handover is delayed by more than a year. Will RERA help get compensation for delay.
