Byelaws speaks only AGM & SGBM, Q. no. 1- whether we can take more than 1 subject & how many times SGBM can be conducted. Q. No. 2- Apart from AGM & SGBM, there is no provision to conduct GBM in Byelaws, can we conduct GBM, in how many times in a year GBM can be conducted, period of notice to be issued to members & decision or resolution taken in GBM are legal or not? If the O B of The Cooperative housing Society are not attending the coop court summons for dispute between members, what is the action that can be taken by Court against such careless office bearers. Can Cooperative judge issue warrants to the office bearers of the society or no? The Cooperative Court can declare office bearers of the society as neglecting Court summons then can O B. be declared as फरार! Can proclamation order be issued? Whose duty it is to serve summons or aur warrants are such proclamation proclamation orders office bearers of the society.

Sir, My wife is a 1st Share Holder and My Mother is ( deceased) 2nd Share Holder in my flat. My queries are as a Husband can I have the right to suggest and speak in any society meetings or say only Bonafied members can speak in the meetings.

Any member can attend the meeting. If one member is attending the meeting as a member or as part of a committee member, no second member can participate in that meeting.
If the share certificate is given to unauthorised persons then who is liable for such action of the office bearers. ? Later such an authorised person refuses to give it back to office bearers to make some more entries on that share certificate in such cases who is to be blamed and punished?

Good question. It is not mentioned anywhere. In my opinion, EGM is a one-point agenda meeting, but there can be more than one agenda in SGM.
