    Plenty of Society chair person behave like they own the society, plenty of people does not attened AGM as arrogant behaviour makes one to avoid, plenty of CHS does not issue share certificate to owners and successiv owners, plenty of societies does not bide by official records need to maintain all resolutions as well as agendas follow ups, plenty of societies does not do ACTUAL FINACIAL AUDITS AND SAME REGISTER TO RDGISTRAR OFFICE ANNUALLY, ONLY ONE REQUEST
    PLEASE GUIDE PEOPLE
    Please arrange seminars in cooperative societies
    Meetings with members
    Common Committee members where huge complexes with 2000 families resides, etc.
    Please AWAKE PEOPLE.

    Sir, pls guide as to where it is mentioned that SGM will have only one agenda point.
    As per our understanding, various societies conduct SGMs with multiple agenda points. Is there any section or bylaw prohibiting more than one agenda point?

      Good question. It is not mentioned anywhere. In my opinion, EGM is a one-point agenda meeting, but there can be more than one agenda in SGM.

      @@jayeshs3341 Thanks for your reply. It means there is no legal bar for including more than one agenda in SGM.I my view,No other agenda can be discussed in SGM other than mentioned in SGM Notice .There may be multiple Agenda points.

      Sir, My wife is a 1st Share Holder and My Mother is ( deceased) 2nd Share Holder in my flat. My queries are as a Husband can I have the right to suggest and speak in any society meetings or say only Bonafied members can speak in the meetings.

      Redevelopment is going on and generally Ladies members doesn't know anything about the Bye Laws and procedures of redevelopment, so will I attend the meeting and speak or suggest anything related to society matters.

    Byelaws speaks only AGM & SGBM, Q. no. 1- whether we can take more than 1 subject & how many times SGBM can be conducted. Q. No. 2- Apart from AGM & SGBM, there is no provision to conduct GBM in Byelaws, can we conduct GBM, in how many times in a year GBM can be conducted, period of notice to be issued to members & decision or resolution taken in GBM are legal or not? Please guide me. Thanks.

    sir for the redevlopment related sgm main kya 2/3 present compulsory hai , hamare society main 60 main se only 28 member present the for selection pmc but mc say 20 members main redevlopment selection pmc ho sakta hai but kuch member not happy , specific redevlopment main koi bhi bada decision lene ke liye kita corem hona jaroori hai

    If the O B of The Cooperative housing Society are not attending the coop court summons for dispute between members, what is the action that can be taken by Court against such careless office bearers.
    Can Cooperative judge issue warrants to the office bearers of the society or no?
    The Cooperative Court can declare office bearers of the society as neglecting Court summons then can O B. be declared as फरार!
    Can proclamation order be issued?
    Whose duty it is to serve summons or aur warrants are such proclamation proclamation orders office bearers of the society.

    Sir in our society there are 187 members and committee size was of total 9 members but out of 9 members 3 members has given resignation and hence now committe size s only 6 persons, kindly advice whether this committee can run the show or society members can withdraw this committee due to quorum is not fulfilled.     If the share certificate is given to unauthorised persons then who is liable for such action of the office bearers. ?
    Later such an authorised person refuses to give it back to office bearers to make some more entries on that share certificate in such cases who is to be blamed and punished?

    Who can attend the. AGM ….(1) Joint member (2) Primary Member or (3) Both. Also if primary member is a working as committee member and attends the AGM, then can a joint member also remain present in the AGM

      Any member can attend the meeting. If one member is attending the meeting as a member or as part of a committee member, no second member can participate in that meeting.

      You have to approach the Deputy Registrar's office and follow the procedure.

      Sir as I have mentioned before AGM not done last year balance sheet not prepared.This year mc has given a seven days notice for conducting AGM. Monthly meetings are not conducted .I have complained to register office but I don't know what action they will take so please suggest.thanks

    kuch bhi feq raha hai ye ....
    In any case extension of AGM is not allowed beyond 30 Sept, even after making an application.
    DDR and all is just time pass, they take more than 1 or 2 years to deliver justice ... by that time a person gets tired after spending a lot of money and time!!!
    Indian judiciary is just a time pass ... !!
