NOC must but I disagree regarding fees. Because membership fees already paid when flat bought/ transferred for all members when application made. Maybe Partha Sir can clarify better.

Yes, if transfer / transmission done with all perfect documents. ( Whether Will presented or not ).

ये जॉईंट मेंबरशीप के लिये फर्स्ट मेंबर की NOC लगती है ये बहोत कम सोसायटीवालोंको पता होता है. बायलॉज मेंभी ईसका कोई जिकर नही है.
