    Is nominal member still exists for licensee in subletting flat or it is stopped after amendment of sec 154 b

    If one third owner has expired from 3 joint owners
    What will be the ownership of the new flat post redevelopment.
    The flat is transferred in name of remaining 2 owners .So will the new flat be in 2 names??

      Yes, if transfer / transmission done with all perfect documents. ( Whether Will presented or not ).

    Suppose the flat owner is property agent working in the society, can he become committee member/secretary/chairman?

      Yes. He / She can. But is disqualified if doing business of Estate agent with any member of society.

    Sar AGM mein agar koi member member Nahin Hai yani ke share certificate transfer nahin hai aur uske Ghar Se Jim Mein 3 se 4 log baithte Hain To Uske khilaf kya kaarvayi ki Ja sakti hai

      Chairman is responsible for allowing non members to attend meeting.

    In case a member holds multiple flats in the same name then how many votes can he put for giving consent to start the 79A process in sgm

      For all flats where 1st name is there of any one person, for all such flats, only 1 single vote.

      No timeline. Member can anytime apply for Associate membership with requisite fees and forms duly filled.

    यदि सोसाइटी २५ साल तक भी मेंबरशिप न दे जे टी आर के २२(२) ऑर्डर के बावजूद इसके आगे दो बार जे टी आर ने ऑफिसर भेजा उसे भी कोई सहायता नहीं मिली... अब क्या रास्ता है कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।
    ये ओनरशिप के हक से खिलवाड़ है ।

    ये जॉईंट मेंबरशीप के लिये फर्स्ट मेंबर की NOC लगती है ये बहोत कम सोसायटीवालोंको पता होता है. बायलॉज मेंभी ईसका कोई जिकर नही है.

      NOC must but I disagree regarding fees. Because membership fees already paid when flat bought/ transferred for all members when application made. Maybe Partha Sir can clarify better.
