ये जॉईंट मेंबरशीप के लिये फर्स्ट मेंबर की NOC लगती है ये बहोत कम सोसायटीवालोंको पता होता है. बायलॉज मेंभी ईसका कोई जिकर नही है.
अब सोसाइटी रीडेवलपमेंट में इंटरेस्टेड हुई और बिल्डर भी अप्वाइंट कर दिया है।
हम ३४ लोग इसमें वो भी हैं जिन्हो ने बिल्डर से फ्लैट खरीदा है १९९६/७ मैं
