Pandan Puteri Ayu Cakes easy recipe made with zero failure. The natural pandan colour is fragrant and the cake is soft, fluffy and delicious.
➡️ 材料 Ingredients:
3粒 鸡蛋 3 Eggs (medium size)
90克 细砂糖 90g Caster sugar
120毫升 班兰汁120ml Pandan juice
40克 玉米油 40g Corn oil
150克 自发面粉 150g Self raising flour
1/2茶匙 泡打粉 1/2 tsp Baking powder

蒸班兰粘米粉蛋糕
Steamed Pandan Rice Cake
➡️ 材料 Ingredients:
5个 蛋黄 5 Egg yolks (grade A)
140克 粘米粉 140g Rice flour
50毫升 牛奶 50ml Milk
20毫升 油 20ml Oil
20毫升 班兰汁 20ml Pandan juice
5个 蛋白 5 Egg whites (grade A)
70克 糖 70g Sugar
