    Pandan Leaves - 6 pcs.
    Water - 65 ml
    Grated Coconut - 200 g
    Salt - 1 tsp
    All Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
    Caster Sugar - 180 g
    Egg - 2
    Ovalette - 10 g
    Coconut Milk - 200 ml
    All Purpose Flour - 250 g
    椰丝斑兰小蛋糕

    Hi,
    needs to apply oil in the mould every time , or apply oil once only?
    Grated coconuts needs to steam first b4 making the kueh?

      I bought them online. They are inexpensive and you can choose big or small moulds.
      Mine are the small type. 6.5cm moulds.

    What is ovalette?

      Hi Judy, ovalette is a stabilizer used in baking sponge cake.
      When eggs are whisked and volumized it will stabilize so it will not lose its volume and remain airy throughout the baking process.

    请问拌好的面糊能搁置一旁多久时间呢? 会不会消泡?
    因为我想要做48颗的份量,但蒸笼一次只能蒸12颗。
