This is by far the best one and indeed BETTER THAN GYM. I keep coming back to this video as it showed me INSTANT result, especially on the collarbone area and arms. I try to do this particular workout at least twice a week, following her other videos as well. I love her routines a lot
This one was a crucial burn!😰I loved how it worked every part of the body. You will feel it in your arms, legs, and glutes. 🔥I'm a certified instructor and struggled to keep up. Lol but I've learned to embrace difficulties. It isn't a sign of inadequacy. We're all built differently and approach challenges in our own unique way.
Not a lot of things bring me more joy than coming back to her workouts and having to only break 3 times instead of 7 😂 after falling out of my routines for whole 2 years completely I feel weak as hell but Juliana’s workouts and flows are the only thing that keeps me motivated to be consistent and become stronger day by day 🥹💜🧘♀️🦋

I'm knew to yoga. Is this yoga? Or is it a yoga inspired workout? Really enjoyed it. I've been doing some slower paced yoga that i haven't really connected with yet.
This is soooo good, amazing flow and strength pushing. A little more of deep breaths and box breathing after the workout to wind down and it's already a great daily exercise/ relaxing session. Love your channel so much, i feel lucky to have so many to still discover and try. Love
i haven‘t exercised for more than a year and i had to stop because i wasn’t able to do the exercises 😓 in the past i used to do videos like these daily and now even downward facing dog makes my muscles shake and my wrists hurt.. i know i shouldn’t but i feel so disappointed in myself and i feel like i can never get back to my old self.. i have no motivation and no hope right now😓
One day at a time. I had my first baby and had a c section and I lost a lot of strength. I was disappointed because all I could manage for a while was 5 girl push-ups. My husband said "you know what's better than no push-ups? 5 push-ups!" Day by day!
You will see improvement, I promise you! Stick with it, do little workouts consistently. Remember which poses you struggle with now, and you will be amazed at your progress if you keep at it. I have had two c-sections and honestly, never felt worse about myself. I told myself to start slow and three years later I can do 90% of Boho's workouts without stopping. Don't give up :)
Don’t lose hope Nina. Just do a little at a time and adjust the movements and repetitions according to your ability. Also, check what you are eating since food and drink has a huge impact on the body and overall strength, endurance and energy… All the best! ❤
