Nice pipes! Definitely needs a smaller jet in the carb but a bigger carb and intake is needed for sure.
That makes know since why would you buy a bigger carb to get a smaller jet just buy a bigger jet and put it in the original carb it will do the same thing

Cool stuff bro man.. I like how you represent us big-guys who love their 2 stroke kits. I'm preparing my 2 stroke for the upcoming summer, I plan on using it for work... A monthly bus fare is 34$, I could use that money twords my 2 stroke project and get to places way more efficiently.

I've added the silencer/muffler. Thought it slowed the bike down with all the length trying to exit. Drilled out all the rivets, cut everything in 1/2. Used a high temp water pump hide to connect it and a 2" PVC cap on the end. Drilled it out and put a 3" angled hose coming out. Works great!

Add a silencer..... makes it quieter and you won't lose any power...
You can put a regular small sprocket on the regular tension by that it comes with and then drill a hole right through the frame and put a bolt through it a skinny one it doesn't have to be fat not much room on that part of the bike anyway but it keeps that chain on
i would get some flxible metal tubing to put over the fuel line then the exhaust heat would be impeded

Why does it look like that expansion chamber would fit a suzuki DS80/JR80 with very little modification... cut the flange and add a new one, move the mounting bracket... hell i may have to try one!

Did you break it in at half throttle and did you check the Piston first to make sure it was in right they come in backwards
take the cylinder off first look down into the cylinder you can see the two little pins they should be on the intake side not on the muffler side

use a 2002 hylander o2 gaskit it will never blow again and thats a mz-65 muffler
How were able i have the same bike and have a fifty cc zeda i want to put on bike it's the clearance with the chain.. might have to get a optimal chain .

and try oko carb it way bigger and more power just sure to cap all the air hole just not the main fuel hole intake on carb it will stop all the blow back gas comeing out of the carb you my have research it first the will allow more power

Hello friend. Ace is good, but the pipe is not very good. you can burn your leg, and from the back of the exhaust pipe everything will be covered in oil. Look how I did it. Have a nice day .

A friend of mine has one of these bikes and i helped him get it ready,the exhaust is the worst part of the kit,at least for my experience,it was clogged already so the bike wouldn't start i had to clean it with gasoline and the bike is very quiet sure but it kills all the power,but it's just to loud with no exhaust like really fucking loud,upgrade your exhaust and it will be that much faster,the chain tensioner is not great either this one in the video is better

And yeah, these BIGGER expansion chamber pipes are VERY, VERY LOUD.
I've run loud modified stock pipes,
and a modified "banana" expansion chamber, and it DIDN'T hurt my ears
like that bigger E- chamber!😣

E- chamber pipe, it IS WORTH IT.
Also, make sure you angle the exhaust
exit DOWN away from your arse,
unless you like smelling like twice stroke

Ddm racing online has a bunch of skip on mufflers for goped expansion chambers which should fit an mz 65
Or an fmf shorty slip on will sound ,look and last longer

wow cops really must be snooty neighbors / but a muffler will help and a 2 stroke needs that expansion chamber to run its best by no way ill run a 2 stoke bike motorcycle with out one great up grade
I'm a pretty big guy myself, but I'm thinking you might be pushing the safety-zone on the weight-limit these bikes can handle, like I said, I'm also a big guy, so this is something that I have had to ask myself more than once, I was just thinking that maybe I could recommend a reliable meth-dealer, lol, great video, thanks for sharing.

He got that free that thing goes for $42 on AliExpress one of the most expensive pipes big belly and I'm putting a $15 silencer on the end that goes for about $30 it's a good app just make sure they've been in business for at least 2 years

you have way too much oil in your gas only a bit of smoke should come out the exhaust.
I’m still breaking in the motor so it mixed rich right now. Should I do 16:1 next?

Those are expansion chamber muffler specifically designed for 2 stroke engines anybody who's into dirt bikes will probably say those other poo poo mufflers are preferable for 4 strokes.
I think your run rich and a bit and too much oil but I'm not going to stop you I'm just pointing that out. that's unless your in break in period
Its called an expansion chamber bud and ree jet your carb also order a set of cheap 22 lbs valves for a Honda gx200 they work very well just bend the ends out and use one. Also they make silencers for them. www.ebay.com/itm/303470106621

You're gonna lose power with that sha clone carb, also the jet that comes in it is waaaaay too big. Better off using the stock carb and you need to down jet a little running way rich. That pipe is a good one you can get 50 with it with a smaller sprocket, at least I did

I think I'm getting one with that pipe yd 100 up to 50 mph it will probably go faster with that pipe and a small sprocket 32 to maybe 55 mph I will see

Balance that cheap Chinese motor
Did you see the Zeda crank balance video? It says to use 1/2 in drill bit, in drill press and drill each side of crank dead center between the 2 holes 15 mm deep and it's supposed to balance crank/get rid of vibration.
I'm gonna take my new engine apart , clean all the dirt/metal shavings out with brake/carburetor cleaner and white paper towels. These engines come new full of tiny metal shavings inside, the engine will last much longer if you clean all the crud out before 1st start up. Funny thing is I have yet to see one person clean their engine before using. When you rebuild any engine you're supposed to clean all internal parts with some kind of solvent/parts cleaner and wipe clean with a white towel until you no longer see dirt on the towels.
