I like my banana pipe AFTER i modified it because its a very high RPM pipe stock, I added over 1' to the header and enlarged the stinger to 13mm because stock size was too restricted with a 10mm stinger so now its in the 60-63% range of the header I.D, with the extra header length and stinger enlargement the pipe kicks in way harder and sooner around 4,000 RPM's and pulls to about 8,500 RPM's with and rev's out to 9,500 RPM's . I also had the big Bertha pipe and the header was way too restricted so I cut a stock header off of a stock Muffler and welded it on the Big Bertha was a great top-end pipe because the Stinger was way too large on it and needed reduced to about 13mm as well to have more low-end, but it was a good pipe I liked it because it had my bike revving over 11,000 RPM!

I looking for to do 60 mph ....can you help me out what I need to get to top speed 60mph
Moped, motorcycle, or spend quite a bit of money adding parts to these engines.
Porting, carb tune, cnc fred head, expansion chamber, smaller sprocket and right fuel mix(40:1 full synthetic)
Life insurance
Very helpful thanks
i need more Torque for pulling hills what would you Recommend
40 tooth 36 to fast and cant go up hills comes with 44 but 40 works good if need more go up in size like 42 or 44 it just well be slower on flats
Remove your end cap on the exhaust and you will gain 2.3 metric horsepower more!.
I watched this then purchased the F2 ...!
Not only did it increase speed and power, the exhaust system is a attractive looking system on my bike.....!
@Bikeberrycom The test on 4:30, The lower left hand corner, which exhaust system was it? I like how it doesn't have much white smoke coming out and it seems like it's one of the top performer.
Do yous deliver to ireland
The worst part about aftermarket mufflers is finding the control arm bearing. Once you figure that out it's all uphill from there. 😆
Poo poo? Why?
The song?
i did the stupid thing to use an scooter tuned pipe on my motorized bicycle
god.... the sound looks awesome and i think it goes 30% stronger than before... but now i do need a proper carb and reed valves to make this uses all this power due.... since thats bigger than these exhausts.... i think the engine doenst fill right lmao
scavenging is real atvantage of a tuned expansion chamber. the pulse of each firing and exh. event lends itself to pulling the fresh charge of pure air fuel into the cyl. . the pressure wave which otherwise does not get taken atvantage is used and in effevt acts like a turbo or supercharger increasing the volume of firing charge per event, meaning bigger bang.all chambers have different characteristics.
Love it guys thanks
Please look up cosine error. You are not using the speed gun correctly. Otherwise this is really good information.
Where can I buy the BBR performance f2 thrust or the flex fit poo poo exhaust pipe! thanks
Poo poo pee pee exhaust x2
A heat shield would be a nice humane touch. If you ever see a hot bike laying on top of the rider you can hear the flesh sizzling.
What about the expansion chamber with muffler? How loud is it?
Pls review bt80
the last pipe is trash
The mz 66 pipe is still the best
Great video
Street poo poo.
That's why I run the f2 pipe it sounds like a jet but tork and speed will get u their and hills are no competition
I'm curious to know whether the bikes were properly re-jetted before the test or just slapped together and run in whatever shape they turned out in. Everything you change on one of these mouse motors affects the jetting in one way or another.
@Whoop!
Did you bother to rejet at all? Heard a lot of 4 stroking. Mz65 pipe is THE BEST BOLT ON PIPE. Without a doubt. Amd with proper tuning no you will not burn your leg. The absolute best is a modified 60-85cc dirt bike pipe
I took the baffle cap off of my stock exhaust and it's four stroking above 24mph. I don't want to try exhaust porting yet but I heard that running it leaner could help. Is this true? I'm getting the f2 thruster anyway but it still might four stroke. So do you have any tips to get rid of four stroking? Thanks.
Most aftermarket pipes will have some rust of difference, whether it be on high end or low end!
Where I can order me them ...I'm looking to get me one pls send me the information thank you
All links are in the description.
BikeBerrycom in the video what size a motor cc's was this? By the smoke it look like a two stroke.
@@jonsmith2217 2 stroke 66/80cc
BikeBerrycom is it a 66cc or 80cc?
@@jonsmith2217 .mine is zeda mafia 80 cc
CAN WE GET A PARTS LIST FOR THAT BIKE
Is there a performance pipe for peak performance, but also more quiet for cop avoidance?
What is other upgrade for bt80?
all tell you what makes its faster .. lower tooth sprokets.. . just add better carb and you wont leak gas
anything else to boost speed other than lower teeth sprocket?
Why did you put music over the sound of the pipes?
