I like my banana pipe AFTER i modified it because its a very high RPM pipe stock, I added over 1' to the header and enlarged the stinger to 13mm because stock size was too restricted with a 10mm stinger so now its in the 60-63% range of the header I.D, with the extra header length and stinger enlargement the pipe kicks in way harder and sooner around 4,000 RPM's and pulls to about 8,500 RPM's with and rev's out to 9,500 RPM's . I also had the big Bertha pipe and the header was way too restricted so I cut a stock header off of a stock Muffler and welded it on the Big Bertha was a great top-end pipe because the Stinger was way too large on it and needed reduced to about 13mm as well to have more low-end, but it was a good pipe I liked it because it had my bike revving over 11,000 RPM!

Sorry for my english... In our country (Slovenia) people are tuning their 50cc mopeds and motorized bikes to achieve over 100kmh (62mph) from original 45kmh (28mph). One guy tuned his Tomos moped so much that he was able to achieve almost 150 kmh (or about 93 mph). He was driving his moped on a highway but this was an extreme example.
That's what I want to do I had a 49cc caglari Daytona with a bore kit on the engine and tuned the engine as much as I could and built it as much as I could and I had it doing 80 mph fully topped out

My 80cc anbull motor I modified the stock took off cap and put straight pipe on it and the seal was broken on the engine to exhaust and the rpm was crazy high while bike was idling I took off from almost a dead stop and pop a wheelie almost a foot high it was hella torque and top speed it was unbelievable I was going around 40mph top speed and super fast acceleration I was amazed and I did on accident by the seal being broke cuz I fixed the seal it was totally different and slower after I fixed the seal
The broken seal was allowing unmetered air into the motor that is also unfiltered. It was causing a lean air mixture to enter your combustion chamber thru the exhaust at the cylinder connection that was leaking.it will destroy your motor so dont run the motor like that.you probably did damage the motor already.thats why it runs different now as you say. Your air mixture is probably to rich to begin with tho
I'm curious to know whether the bikes were properly re-jetted before the test or just slapped together and run in whatever shape they turned out in. Everything you change on one of these mouse motors affects the jetting in one way or another.

It'll go faster but I'm not trying to throw a rod. Stock rear sprocket, 1500 miles on it. 25:1 synthetic oil mix ever, 1 break in plug change, 2 clutches, 2 bucking bars, balls, and clutch covers, ordered a front sprocket from y'all never got it, 2 chains, 12 rear 27.5" tires. Bad on gas though. I'm surprised that that front sprocket hasn't let loose yet, the teeth are toothpicks... Might just order 10 so I can at least get 1 of them. I'm 250 lbs and growing.
@Bikeberrycom The test on 4:30, The lower left hand corner, which exhaust system was it? I like how it doesn't have much white smoke coming out and it seems like it's one of the top performer.
If you want higher top speed get a smaller sprocket like a 36 tooth and if you want more climbing power or more low end torque get a larger sprocket but you do sacrifice top speed for more acceleration. You could get a jackshaft too if you have a mountain bike I find them better because you get more gears and you don't have to worry all too much about chain alignment and sprocket adjustment
Top speed 29 mph? I can do that with a modified stock exhaust. Are you testing with 50cc engines? My builds run between 35-50 mph, whatever the customer wants. Bikes by Bill.

This video was fantastic until you included starting the engine in the test. It doesn't make sense to include pedaling and popping the clutch because none of that relates to the muffler. heres best tip ever.. go with a lower back sproket.. muffler carb none of that matters its all how short youre chain is.. i listend to these dumb people a hole year.. untell i found that on my own my 2stroke dose 45mph with a 36 tooth sproket..a little slower on start but lets race any ways
scavenging is real atvantage of a tuned expansion chamber. the pulse of each firing and exh. event lends itself to pulling the fresh charge of pure air fuel into the cyl. . the pressure wave which otherwise does not get taken atvantage is used and in effevt acts like a turbo or supercharger increasing the volume of firing charge per event, meaning bigger bang.all chambers have different characteristics.
I was kinda hoping to see a demo of each muffler's sound, as well. Not just the volume ratings

@@richardprevost8187 does it really work how much chain need to be tight

I got the f2 thruster in mine also called the thrust racing muffler 😍😋! Check mine out plz!
The mz 66 pipe is still the best
