I did only 200 reps of this and today all my muscles feel sooo sore and it is hard for me to stand up or sit down.. This proves that I was really engaging my muscles.. Thanks Jo for the pain.. I love it 😍

I did your squat and lunge challenge before and Im doing this again. Gained so much weight during pandemic and Im trying to get back on track with my health, not waiting for New Year’s resolution Im starting now. Keep it up… and yes push up challenge is a good one too. Im not good in doing push-ups but I think with a challenge it will motivate me to do more and get better overtime. Thank you

And i enjoyed alot but next or i can say for next 2 days i had extreme pain in my legs thigh .. it was very difficult .. to stand up...unable to do my other cardio exercises.. but i like it very much... But i feel very less effect on medial thigh..adductor group.. please upload video focusing on adductor group or medial thigh ...

Hi Joanna, may I know what is the percentage of body fat we should aim for? I have been working out for 3 months now, I am gaining muscle but my body fat remains stubbornly at over 35%. I am not taking more calorie than the chart guide.

hi! you could try leaning just a bit more forward while pushing the butt more back. Hopefully that helps and works for you to get the glutes more and less on the thighs 😊 - Hazli & Joanna
Try focusing more of your weight on your heels when squatting and really pushing with your heels when getting back up, that usually helps with getting more focus on hamstrings and glutes 🤗 mind-muscle connection is key! 👍🏼
