I have now completed the 8 week workout Challenge and while I wasn't on a diet and haven't lost 'weight' I do notice (and feel) I build some muscles. Working out in the morning has become part of my routine, I do occasionally skip a day if my knees feel a bit sore but I go back to it the following day. I'm actually surprised how consistent I kept up with the workout schedule! So yeah, I will continue with the workouts and try to monitor my eating habits a bit more now, especially drinking more 😅 and hope that I can lose some more weight. Thank you, Joanna! 🙏

I only recently discovered the 10,000 steps video but I feel like this one is far more suited to my current fitness levels, so thank you so much for uploading it! I also get a mini arm workout which is always welcome as that's where my loose skin is the worst, so thanks for incorporating that! Just in case anyone else is curious I'm 5'7 and fluctuate around 140-145 pounds & my apple watch says I burned 178 active calories and 212 total calories, but I did do this workout fasted and personally perform better when I've eaten.

Been struggling since lockdown and totally lost my motivation to workout. Really did not want to exercise at all today but here I am sweating & just completed it. I love this low impact workout especially the second round!! I used to follow your HIIT workouts but then my knees have gone bad. I kind of fell into a depression. my weight loss journey has been wild this year; lost sixteen pounds with noom, gained ten back with noom, tried hiit, tried yoga, this is the first workout series i really like. i have inherited bad knees at 29 years old, so i can’t hit the gym like a lot of my friends. but these workouts help me get my sweat on and still feel really good. i love it. ✨😌
Thank you Joanna for your energy. I started workout again after years because of your workout and knowledge videos. I started with 72,8 kg, and waist 93 cm on January 2021, and today 2nd of March 2021 I reach 69,1 kg and waist 84 cm. My energy level for working also increasing a lot. I mixing up your workout, and do that almost everyday, but my diet is not really changing. Fortunately, I'm Indonesian, so herbs and spices is a must in my cook. Rice, vegetable, and protein on balance portion also our daily basis diet since I was child. So, I thought no need to really change my diet just more and more Joanna's workout. Excellent! Many people cannot run , due to pathologies, such as Vertiginous Syndrom, cannot even jump without feeling dizzy and vomishing, so thank s a lot for your work . more indoor walking challenges please! I try not to walk outside due to the pandemic so these are really helpful. love how you incorporate workouts from different muscle groups as well. I used to do mainly HIIT but I realised it's taking a toll on my body and knees, plus I can't last long in those workouts. love how your steps workout are low impact yet it makes me keep going and burning more calories. i have also intro both videos to my mum as she's also looking at clocking steps indoors

I 've lost 3,5 kilos in a month by doing the 10k step challenge and this video almost every day and of course by eating less. ( I used to eat snacks and ate 3 meals a day). Now I deleted breakfast so I eat at 12h and 6pm and drink green tea and a lot of water. ( Even if you cheat sometimes by eating snacks it's okay , don't stop your diet and go on the next day). If I could do it, you can !

more indoor walking challenges please! I try not to walk outside due to the pandemic so these are really helpful. love how you incorporate workouts from different muscle groups as well. I used to do mainly HIIT but I realised it's taking a toll on my body and knees, plus I can't last long in those workouts. love how your steps workout are low impact yet it makes me keep going and burning more calories. i have also intro both videos to my mum as she's also looking at clocking steps indoors
i love the impact of your workout, effective and not too exhausting like the traditional workout

I 've lost 3,5 kilos in a month by doing the 10k step challenge and this video almost every day and of course by eating less. ( I used to eat snacks and ate 3 meals a day). Now I deleted breakfast so I eat at 12h and 6pm and drink green tea and a lot of water. ( Even if you cheat sometimes by eating snacks it's okay , don't stop your diet and go on the next day). If I could do it, you can !
This low impact workout seems easy but it is worth it. I litreally did this and sweating like anything. Really appreciate your effort miss joanna. Keep doing it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just told mom I wanted a walk calculator and I'm thinking about a samsung as google now own fitbit(sadly) and I have the phone.
