The first time i learned to do 100 squads was from your channel, at first i thought even 10 squads were impossible and here's the day that i am actually able to do 1000, its wild, i felt motivated in all your videos you have great energy, i really appreciate your positivity and hardwork. I do hitt workouts 7 days a week so fitness ethusiast here. I have done this workout 3 times now and today was my best time yet. The best thing about workouts like this is it never gets easy. You just push yourself more. Love this one!!!

At some point I started to do them slower because my legs couldn't keep up with the speed. Maybe not 1000, but 900 I did for sure and I sweated all through. Completely soaked. Thank you! ❤

Im so proud of myself. I made the 1000 squats and lunges in 1 hr. Honestly the last 50 counts are the hardest. My legs are shaking in pain. And its worth it. Joana soh is so fast in completing the challenge. And im trying to come along with her. And if i cant, i stop the video and work on to complete the workout. Im burning. This is my 3rd time to try this challenge and the third is my success. Hehe.
its crazy. its been three days every day i am doing 1000 squats.i get sweat like hell. its burns damn calories cant feel the leg but after completing it feels an achivement from calves to my hands everthing shines in sweat. fat is getting burned n getting rid of those jiggily thighs. thank you so much for making this video

Let me tell you guys, this challenge is insane, super hard but after all super satisfying, it's just 40 minutes but I spent almost 1 hour and a half get it all done, take your time and you will be able to complete it 👍👍👍
