      @@padminireethi490 I stay dedicated for period of 3 months, I did intermittent fasting, i only eat 11am breakfast and 5pm dinner then fast till the next day , i followed her workout videos .

    The first time i learned to do 100 squads was from your channel, at first i thought even 10 squads were impossible and here's the day that i am actually able to do 1000, its wild, i felt motivated in all your videos you have great energy, i really appreciate your positivity and hardwork.     I do hitt workouts 7 days a week so fitness ethusiast here. I have done this workout 3 times now and today was my best time yet. The best thing about workouts like this is it never gets easy. You just push yourself more. Love this one!!!

    Hello! I am always following some of your exercises, I've been doing this for 9weeks because I am joining the biggest loser and I am so thankful to you because it helps me a lot, for 8weeks I lost 25.6lbs already that's why I am now in leading in our weigh in for 8weeks... Hopefully, I can make it until the finals by next month..

    At some point I started to do them slower because my legs couldn't keep up with the speed. Maybe not 1000, but 900 I did for sure and I sweated all through. Completely soaked. Thank you! ❤

    Completed the challenge for the first time...otherwise I could only reach half way ...tried hard....this is the third week and I started with twice a week and finally in the third week I could complete it....thanks Joana Ur workouts are amazing...I follow Ur cardio and core strengthening workouts, step workouts and also Ur tips are very useful....u r just awesome

    Hey.. jo mam..i want to hug u and say u r just reading my mind..this is fantastic..i done ur previous 10,000squat challenge..now it's with lunge..i legs will get burnt with lunges..i know it's not such easy but i vl try to do..i have done butt and chest workout..for 4weeks without fail every day at same time and same repetitions..i lost 2 inches of my waist hips and chest..my arms got bit stronger..in this month i vl go for arms and legs...this workout is more appropriate for me..anyways u r keeping me in right track..keep smiling..

    Im so proud of myself. I made the 1000 squats and lunges in 1 hr. Honestly the last 50 counts are the hardest. My legs are shaking in pain. And its worth it. Joana soh is so fast in completing the challenge. And im trying to come along with her. And if i cant, i stop the video and work on to complete the workout. Im burning. This is my 3rd time to try this challenge and the third is my success. Hehe.

    its crazy. its been three days every day i am doing 1000 squats.i get sweat like hell. its burns damn calories cant feel the leg but after completing it feels an achivement from calves to my hands everthing shines in sweat. fat is getting burned n getting rid of those jiggily thighs. thank you so much for making this video

    Let me tell you guys, this challenge is insane, super hard but after all super satisfying, it's just 40 minutes but I spent almost 1 hour and a half get it all done, take your time and you will be able to complete it 👍👍👍

    캐시언니의 스쿼트 1000개랑 번갈아 가며 하고 있어요 각 동작이 50개씩 나뉘고 런지가 포함되서 캐시언니꺼보다 덜 지루하네요
    그런데 코어 힘이 없는 사람은 천천히 적은 개수만 했으면 좋겠어요 코어에 힘이 없는 사람이 괜히 영상 속도대로 하다가는 무릎힘으로 일어나서 무릎나가요
    그리고 이거 다리운동만 되는게 아니라 전신운동에다 유산소도 같이 되니까 이거 하고 스트레칭 하면 다른 운동 안해도 돼요
