I could live in that easily as long as I had a small shed outside. The only particle board was that closet and I think it's kind of an Ikea or Target piece of furniture, just so they had a closet. I don't think it was built in. Definitely expensive compared to Randy's prices.

it would be a nice rental but it's really pricey and particle board seems too cheap of materials for the price
