You are the only one that I have found thus far that has actually shown what it is all about. Thank you! Gave you a thumbs up which I don't often bother to do.
Thank you. I am starting on Saturday and I am aware what this job is all about and making sure it is for me. Thanks for the heads up and info. I am getting we need to layer up if we are gonna do this . Thanks.
Joy, Joy, Joy... SMH. Words won't even form in my head to say.... but I feel you literally, now my son work at USPS and his father now retired was a carrier turned supervisor turned manager for 30 years. I know your headaches first hand from both sides of the spectrum over worked under paid. That's a nightmare to go to every day. PERIOD.. to top it off everywhere is short on help and working the heck out of the ones that do come . SMH
Ive been at ups for over 9 years and this shit is 100% accurate. Before ups I worked at FedEx as a pickoff and same shit she had to deal with. I will say this: if you work at ups and get your benefits DONT LEAVE. That's literally the only reason why Ive been there for so long. Along with the health insurance (which is free and the best in the country that not only covers you but your dependents and spouse) we get access to free lawyers! We can choose from a bunch of lawyers that specialize in: debt/bankruptcy, dui, paternity, divorce, child support among other things.
I remember when I worked at fed ex and we had millions of crickets and baby chickens coming through on a regular lol I don’t blame you for not touching it!!!
I was a supervisor at ups and when i tell you that shit is stressful I started as a package handler at fedex and seen that ups had a supervisor position open i took that and when i tell you i wanted to die because people was not working at all
