I tried this process rn and it really worked. Thanks a lot for this sir, it was very helpful with the step by step process. If anyone have some free time and wants to try harder version of the same process then keep reading .... I have never watched a guided meditation video before, but on my own one day I started doing this. Where we can focus on each part of the body which touches the surface, at first it was really difficult to go through the whole body without breaking attention for once. But slowly slowly after about a month of practice of daily about 7-8 times. I got it and then I could go through whole body without breaking my attention for 3 time. Then in the next step I tried to feel each individual finger of hands and feets, where I could focus on just one finger of left hand or right leg. Or to focus just on the palm of my left hand and feel sensation as if someone is touching it. Tried the same with feets and after some days practice it worked. It was almost as if, you can feel the sensation, the energy on that part of your body where you focus. While you're unaware of the rest of the body. And then took it a little further and tried to send impulses from brain to hands and feets and then the palm, it was much easier to do that. But sending impulses to each individual finger and especially the thumb is very difficult. To try to send a impulse to each of the finger one by one is easy after somedays practice but it's difficult to get the thumb in line for the same. Like an electrical signal you can feel the sensation going from your brain, to each individual finger or part of the body each time you do it. It gets a little bit easier and easier as the time passes. We can feel whole of the body not just the part touching the ground, but the upper part as well, if you can keep your attention centered to your body. All of this is possible if you are ready to fail like hundreds of time each time you try to go through the whole body Which is touching base for the first time. And we know your brain can throw numerous thoughts at your attention like a bullet one faster than the other. Like a non-stop non-refillable machine gun it throws thoughts at you, which are absolutely connected to you. Which are urgent, serious, intimidating, scary, way too logical, way too deeply connected to your beliefs. If you can learn to dodge down all of the bullets again and again, even though you know you're going to fail again without a feedback than you can do it.

Sir hum meditation toh karte hai par ab tak breathing par focus banaye rakhne ke sahi steps pta nahi tha. Ye four steps- 1. Be Aware 2. Don't judge yourself for distraction 3. Don't get bogged down with thoughts, bring focus back to the breath. 4. Now open your eyes slowly focus banaye rakhne ke liye behad effective tarike hain. Thank you Sir for this meditation steps.

I have tried first time this method using head phone,, and when this video finished , i was surprised that 7 minutes video finished so quick,, really you forgot everything while fousing ,,, so nice video 👍👍👍
Actually the pain is already there.. you become more aware of it. also you may not be in the habit of sitting still. I would suggest yoga esp neck and back exercises
Abhinav Bhaiya Inspite of creating such a high quality content . Your subscribers count is increasing very slowly and I want to share why is this happening . Like when I was first to your channel the only reason I was not clicking on your videos was because of your thumbnail because for any video search multiple other videos were shown by UA-cam . Although those videos lack in terms of quality as compared to yours still They have an upper hand beacuse of thumbnails. I feel their thumbails are more energetic and for first time clickers seem more promising . For example consider your today's video It is very simple and for someone new to your channel he would certainly click some other video which shows some brain 🧠 illuminated with some light and then some lightning ⚡ all around and this makes their video seem more promising . Just my point of view 😀 . Do take it into consideration

Hi Abhinav Bhaiya Just a small Request . You have made videos on meditation and concentration but I feel that all your videos are not related to each other like one of them is Japanese meditaion , some are of Swami Vivekananda and some of Buddhist Monks . So it would be very good if you could make a separate video on meditation consisting of all techniques and put them in order of beginner to advanced.
Abhinav bhaiya is an instructor who is sharing knowledge he gained from various sources. He cant and most probably wont do what you asked for coz its practically impossible to merge different technique to make one. If you get tuned to this video I request you take 10 days off to join vipassana center. This video is also highly motivated from some of the aspects of vipassana so far I can infer.

Actually the pain is already there.. you become more aware of it.
also you may not be in the habit of sitting still.
I would suggest yoga esp neck and back exercises

Inspite of creating such a high quality content . Your subscribers count is increasing very slowly and I want to share why is this happening .
Like when I was first to your channel the only reason I was not clicking on your videos was because of your thumbnail because for any video search multiple other videos were shown by UA-cam .
Although those videos lack in terms of quality as compared to yours still They have an upper hand beacuse of thumbnails. I feel their thumbails are more energetic and for first time clickers seem more promising .
For example consider your today's video It is very simple and for someone new to your channel he would certainly click some other video which shows some brain 🧠 illuminated with some light and then some lightning ⚡ all around and this makes their video seem more promising .

Just a small Request . You have made videos on meditation and concentration but I feel that all your videos are not related to each other like one of them is Japanese meditaion , some are of Swami Vivekananda and some of Buddhist Monks .
So it would be very good if you could make a separate video on meditation consisting of all techniques and put them in order of beginner to advanced.
Abhinav bhaiya is an instructor who is sharing knowledge he gained from various sources. He cant and most probably wont do what you asked for coz its practically impossible to merge different technique to make one. If you get tuned to this video I request you take 10 days off to join vipassana center. This video is also highly motivated from some of the aspects of vipassana so far I can infer.
