सब लोग सोचते है की कल से 4 बजे उठना चालु कर देंगे । पर असल मे वो लोग बड़ी भुल करते है । 3/4 अलार्म लगा दिए है । ओर जब तुम सुबह उठते हो तो अलार्म भी बजाता है । तुम्हे आदत ना होने की वजह तुम अलार्म बंद कर के सो जाते है । हमे ऐसा नई करना बल्कि धीरे धीरे आदत लगानी है जितने बजे उठते उससे केवल 1 घंटा हि जल्दी उठे जिससे तुम्हारा मगज इसे आदत मे बदल देगा ।
