- The crash went down just after noon in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles. Witnesses tell TMZ, she was driving a blue Mini Cooper and crashed into the garage of an apartment complex.

Wake up, people! She's was clearly running from something. Please analyze the whole story, too weird to be "just an accident" fueled by drugs.
And she was. She was terrified and had been trying to tell it, but everyone said she was crazy. No, what's crazy is dying in a fake drunk driving incident and then the results of the testing coming back negative for alcohol. They all hurt themselves trying to get away. Some live and some don't. The ones that do are never the same. Martin, Jammie, Eddie, are a few that no longer is seen. And I wonder why? Poisoning is at an all time high.
This is what under the influence people do. They flee the scene and get busted when sober and no way proving they were under influence at time of accident

We don't have enough information to be able to say with certainty that she was under the influence. Certainly she wasn't in her right mind but sometimes that's because someone is having a psychotic break, a manic episode or is suicidal. That's not to diminish the fact that if it was due to alcohol or other drugs that it would likely be because she's an addict with addiction also being an illness.

I am not "excusing this behavior". What she did was wrong. However I will remember her for her honesty. I met her years ago and she was very kind. Some famous people have disappointed me when I met them in person. (Kate Jackson was the worse). Anne was a very bright light. She did light up a room. I think she always made people smile. Her death should not define her life. She did many good things with her life. She wasn't perfect but who is. I am glad nobody else got hurt when she crashed her car. My heartbreaks for her sons.

Victor Pina Yes HONESTY. She spoke openly about her mental illness. Many would try and hide what most ppl don't understand and judge. She admitted she was raped for years by a family member. How she was always just trying to cope. She admitted taking drugs and drinking to dull her pain. Admitted sleeping around. Yes, she was extraordinarily HONEST. Most women would have taken those stories to her grave.

I'm finding it hard to garner sympathy for her because she could have caused numerous fatalities. I'm just glad that the owner of the house was able to escape with her pets unscathed and that no one was killed on the street. She wanted to evade charges so she sped off after this but if she survives, I'm sure she'll wish she'd listened to this man. At least he tried.

This is a DIFFERENT accident, a DIFFERENT driver & thankfully no other person besides the driver, Anne Heche was (severely) injured.
The driver in the other high speed crash is ? Linton. (Sorry, unable to recall her 1st name).🤔

Update: Anne Heche has died. She remains on life support while surgeons determine the viability of her organs for donation. Condolences to her family, including 2 sons, & loved ones.
Update: Anne Heche's body has been removed from life support & her organs have been donated. Her official cause of death as determined by coroner is “inhalation and thermal injuries" with “sternal fracture due to blunt trauma" as a contributing factor. Anne Heche will be mourned at a small, private burial service for close family and friends.

Without a doubt the most excrutiating pain I have ever experienced for weeks. It was like torture. I have no idea how a burn victim can endure the pain and survive.

My bestfriend drove just like this from a party while drunk, I tried to stop her she grabbed the keys from my hand ran to her car and locked the doors and drove off just like this 5am when later she was in a terrible car wreck hitting a light pole breaking it and half I pulled her from the car she’s blessed to still be alive today
I hope she has changed her ways, the good Lord gave her Life once again...

Shortly after driving off she went down a side Street where she came to a T in the road. She failed to turn and drove straight into a house where her car apparently caught fire.

Who were the ones taking photos and a video of her and why? Why was she in an garage alley? Why did she speed off so fast? Was something happening to her before she took off like that? Did the gas injection get stuck? A lot of unanswered questions.
That doesn't sound like tires it sounds like a woman screaming. He is so tall, I wldnt have gotten out, and why hasn't he come foward.

For a woman with a mental illness and high, it could have very well spurred Mania, and also fear which could explain the escaping and the speeding. He sounded more threatening then anything and ofcourse, she had crashed into his home, garage, whatever it was. Same when theres a car traffic accident, you expect the people to get out of the car. Same if a pedestrian is hit. This was all protocol, not a let me be her saviour act, sorry. He was totally in his element to be upset about it, its understandable.
Social media be like people were trying to help her out of her car. No that was one person sounding like he was fixing to arrest. Her decision to flee ended of in tho most terrible way possible.

I remember years ago when she was with Ellen , she had some type of mental breakdown , and got lost in Fresno , a family found her they called the police and got her help. I remember this because I was moving to Fresno during this time I just thought oh my God that is so weird , that s celebrity got lost in Fresno field . Seems like she has a lot of ups and downs , I hope she gets some help .

Lost in a massive apartment complex behind Penmar, where everything looks the same, coming out of a dead-end alley entered by mistake, hitting the garage, and boogying out to cross Penmar and down Preston Way. I think I'd have stopped at the garage, especially after someone took my picture. Too sad.
unfortunately, the woman/family that live in that house lost everything because an entitled "celeb" decided that abusing substances, speeding was more important to her.
to be fair she is a borderline and has had a history of mental health issues.

She was alive when the fire dept put her on the gurney. She tried to get up and they didn't let her. Very bad scene.
She died of smoke inhalation and it’s good she didn’t kill more people.
She also was in "STABLE CONDITION" somehow that instantly changed
The accelerator and fire didn't work so they killed her in the ambulance. Look at the numbers.

I too have sympathy for Anne’s children, 13yr/20yr. Can you imagine growing up with this woman? Now her children have to watch their life Live on Social Media. SMH. Thank God nobody died here. But she destroyed a families home and almost killed them. Their place is uninhabitable. She gets sympathy, and the home owners have to find a way to make due until she recovers and settles with them. If she survives, charges are a must.

Maybe they were trying to kidnap her so she tried to escape as quickly as possible and somehow the car went out of control.
From other videos I watched, with a bottle of alcohol in the cup holder, her trying to get off the gurney, I am certain she is intubated and in critical condition r/t her alcohol intoxication (poss other substances as well). She appeared fully physically capable, maybe facial burns but could not really see any of those either. When someone is very drunk, agitated, uncooperative, it is a general rule to sedate them , but if simple small doses of IV drugs like Ativan, etc are not enough, intubation and sedation for the patient’s own safety and to fully treat are done and they go to ICU. They may have had to do it in the ambulance. After intoxication wears off, depending on severity of the alcohol abuse, may require to stay sedated/ intubated through withdrawal for several more days.

Well she has had a full life up to this point, she made her choice on what she wants to do, so if she was out drinking or doing some type of other substance that's on her now the piper has come calling. I am 55 and I've learned quite a few things over my life I one thing I have learned is you need to stay in the right frame of mind 100% of the time.

I feel horrible and heartbroken for Anne and her family but after seeing this along with the footage of the crash into the house, it’s a miracle no one else was hurt or killed by her actions. Prayers for her family

She definitely should be very giving to the families who she struck their house an much by. An if she recovers an lives she should spend time for the crime. Hoping the families heal an the trauma of it all goes away after some time or is somehow fully managed so healing takes place. Very sad. I remember her from that Volcano movie. She was young and beautiful. I miss being a kid watching movies admiring the actors on TV and movies. It was actually better when you didn’t know their names. They were just “people” that you looked up to.
I remember her most from one of my favorite Johnny Depp films "Donnie Brasco" where she played Johnny's wife in the film, all I remember is how good of an actress she was & how beautiful she was! This is truly sad. I don't know the struggles she's been through, but I believe she has battled substance abuse issues if I'm not mistaken?
The potential was there. She had a co starring role in a Harrison Ford movie that was a big hit.

I've had more than my fair share of accidents and I've never had a civilian ever play cop yelling at me in an aggressive manor "Out of the Car" ! Who does that and, who does this guy think he is? It's probably not even his garage!
With a little kindness and compassion the 2nd accident might not have even happened.
These days people shoot people! So why would she have gotten out of the car? If handled in a more civilized way Anne Heche would still be alive and the 2nd accident would not have even happened.

You wasn't there so you don't know how many people were there but there's a guy making the video is he yelling at her or, is it someone else? And there's another guy approaching her car from the passenger side.
Are you God? Who are you to decide that she's in hell? Watch the video again she didn't hit that garage and take off immediately and you don't know, how fast she was going when she hit it or what kind of damages was done to her car when she hit it.
The poor woman and her 2 dogs were terrified when Anne's car came flying into their house 2 feet away from them and caught the house on fire! 😔 Her home was destroyed & all of her belongings. Prayers 🙏 for this woman and prayers for Anne to heal. 🙏

I have so many questions! What spooked her to hit that garage in the first place? Listen to how coherent and together she sounds when apologizing. 20 minutes earlier the guy who sold her wig said she was so lively and personable. Maybe she felt like the drugs in her system needed to get medical attention considering fentanyl was discovered in the bloodwork (the hospital also could have administered it for severe pain too) She was on a mission from the first collision, you can hear how worried she is, yet also apologetic. Maybe she got urgent and distressing news, and the drugs impaired her ability to reasonably think, feeling the need to get her problem quickly? One thing I know is coke would have her hyper focused and probably give her anxiety, not really the same response as alcohol. I also think that the person she was visiting could have been someone she didn't want to dare get caught around, for it could ruin her reputation, so she thought speeding off was the only answer. All I know is there are so many factors in this and it is wrong to assume the worst in someone who is not here to defend themselves. I hope she rests easy and all the pain she has endured and kept to herself has been released and she is a free spirit, the version we all saw.

There’s too many videos, too much on the internet of what she did before the accident. She’s not getting off without punishment whether it’s what’s she’s dealing with now medically or after, if she survives this, she’ll be punished by the law because of everything they have on camera. Celebrities aren’t getting away with as much as they used to because everyone has a camera somewhere always capturing something.
I sincerely doubt she’ll survive with the injuries she sustained long enough to pay for her crimes.

I think her car was tampered with somehow as there’s ways to get things done when it’s Hollywood and the elite…. But seeing her raise up off the gurney surely does tell me she was alive and didn’t look like she was covered in blood or anything along with her back being clear of smoot and burns maybe her front part was more severe… going off the side footage as well as the air footage of her on the gurney
