Phalar Aluve's Shriek ability is insanely strong. I want to throw out Bow of the Banshee, it's one of the dwarves in the boat while travelling to Grimforge. My bard used it to the end of the game because it has a high chance to apply frightened which reduces movement speed to 0 allow a ranged character to stay away. It also gives disadvantage on just about everything. An weaker version of the bow is Harold which just applies bane.
Periapt of wound closure doesn't actually maximize the healing caused but actually the healing received, so it's better on a tank/Frontline who takes lots of damage
as for the first part of the game (the intro where you get the blade) it's not worth it to kill the guy for XP, just get him to drop it. what you really want are the throwables in the area. you can get quite a few of the bombs that create a gravity well and pull targets together, head up the stairs to the right when you trigger the 2nd group of enemies, send a character up there to grab the bombs before activating the final CS of the intro area

Revive him/her at the camp and you got yourself your first legendary. Note: Lae'zel wants to talk to him when you first encounter him, so i used invisible shadowheart with command drop. If you really want the broken act3 sword in act 1, you can instead of spamming command, use Fear once you get a level 3 spell slot It will, literally scare off Voss, while making hit drop the sword, along with everyone else in the AoE. This trivializes what is normally a fairly hard fight, as all the Gith in the aoe drop their weapons as well, AND run and cower for 2 turns. You can maximize the number of targets you hit with the fear by being invisible and using turn based mode, I hit everyone but 1 archer Gith, including the dragon when I did it.

@@303Thatoneguy She never did, that was my point. One kid gave me a quest to talk to Mol, who refused to do anything other than tell me to leave. I was completely locked out of the quest to steal the idol.
If you get the giant to drop her club, you can actually trick the game into equipping it on your character by dragging your current equipped weapon ONTO the club in your inventory; it will equip it then. This "bug" (or easter egg?) still exists.

No, I outed Kahga using the letter in the tree and killed her along with the shadow druids before attempting to steal it, I then stole it back from Mol after she gave me that sweet ring and she even commented that someone stole it as they were leaving the grove. It will lose it's Nature aura forever if you don't store it in your camp chest when you long rest. @@Bradimus1981
You can also just... be a Barbarian, take it in broad daylight (after exposing Kagha, which then won't trigger the Grove brawl), then when they challenge you, you get a conversation option that is like "TOO BAD, IT'S MINE NOW. SHOO!" and they're like "oh, ok mr. barbarian sir ::slowly backs away::", I swear the Barbarian conversation options in this game are hilarious
I continued to try your strategy to steal the idol without the druids noticing. It would not work. lol Even when I would go to camp, I would get the cutscene where the druids go on an all out attack on everyone. Did they patch this exploit?
To my knowledge no, you have to make sure you use the fog so none of the druids see you and quickly teleport to camp because if you linger the cutscene will trigger. But if you want to be safe just profess Kagha’s quest normally and after you convince her to stop the ritual you can get the idol safely. Just remember to talk to Mol first.
@@KainRaRPG I think they fixed that exploit. Even when I was in camp the cutscene started where the druids go crazy and attack everyone. I tried it several times. I ended up just waiting till after I got Karga in trouble and they stopped the ritual. No issues now.
You have to expose Khaga or save Halsin. Then what I did was used a bard to get peoples attention, then I had wizard cast fog cloud and I had Gale use invisibility on the wizard then he grabbed it and I had all of them run up the stairs away from the inner grove. It’s easier if you do it in turn based mode.
Can you steal the ring of defence and items from zhentarim? Mol won't talk to me after I entered his hidout and waited for the ten count. And I kinda opened the missing shipment....
@@KainRaRPG It seems to go away after a long rest. There is probably a way to bring it back though. I did not even have to pick pocket Mol for it, he sold it to me. lol
Unsure on this one honestly but I wouldn't mess with it until either you "refurbish" Kagha or save halsin BUT NOT DOING THE PARTY. You can steal it for mol, and steal it back from her and you should as its quite powerful to have on yourself.
As long as you don’t get the cutscene that triggers the druids retaliating on the tieflings you should be good. I just showed the earliest way but if you want to be safe do it normally through progressing the quest with Kagha.
@@303Thatoneguy yep this is true, no matter what its not coming back at all, it would be useful in the underdark to collect those glowy things but oh well

Unsure if the game allowed me to kiss shadowheart because of this as a bug lol, because I remember not even a kiss from shadowheart until the party at camp, could had been wrong dialogue choices then though.
great video, ty for the good content.
I like titan string on my rogue fighter. Use hillgiant club, titan string bow. 20 dex, 19 str, sneak attack hits like a truck.
Some of these are easily missed if you are playing blindfolded
Hilarious, you should consider being a comedian!
i never knew there was a trader in the creche, I just killed everyone in there. lol. good to know
Except for the silver sword (you collect it by act3, and it is impacting too much roleplay) I agree..:)
That’s why I added it at the end and mentioned to get it at your own risk :D but in my previous video a lot of people were asking about it.
@@KainRaRPG thanks!
No one talk about the druid idole which give you mastery in nature to u and any companion near. Just steal it from Mol after he gives you the Ring Of Protection. It's a must to get the blue mushroom in the underdark.
I heard it disappears after act 1 I think though
3:00 no you have to do the rescue quest first. otherwise these items wont be available
You are correct, most people find the hideout after dealing with the cave but yeah I think you need to get the chest from the Zhents first.
Hello, I was wondering how your weapon usually offers you bonus damage like 1d4 radiant dmg with 4+ acid? I played for around act 2 but very few of my weapon really give me that bonuses ❤
everburn blade is the one. i almost act 2 but still can't seem to replace it
OMG, Mirkon bugged out for me and got stuck on the beach. I never got to talk to Mol... so sad. It seems like I have to play again.
Mol did nothing but tell me to get lost, all because I didn't stop some guy from slapping a thief he caught red-handed. Seriously, just for not preventing a kid I'd never met from getting slapped by someone I'd never met.
Just wait till she asks you to steal the idol
@@303Thatoneguy She never did, that was my point. One kid gave me a quest to talk to Mol, who refused to do anything other than tell me to leave. I was completely locked out of the quest to steal the idol.
@@sonadowfiend oh i see. If you get in her bad side she won’t do it. Go rescue that kid from the harpies. She’ll give you the mission then
In your other video did you talk about the dagger in the meat by the barn where those two are being busy?
If you get the giant to drop her club, you can actually trick the game into equipping it on your character by dragging your current equipped weapon ONTO the club in your inventory; it will equip it then. This "bug" (or easter egg?) still exists.
Would you do a video with item combo suggestions for some classes (namely bard)
I'm proud, been watching those videos for the past hour or 2 and found all items people are mentionning except the ring of protection.
3:00 pet hate in games where one small decision to open a chest much earlier in the game means you miss out on the best bow and other items are unobtainable
i forgot to use the second adamantine ore. :(
The Silver Sword of the Astral Plane seems to have been patched since Patch #2, can't do it anymore.
June -2024 , did it on my 1st try PC 🤷🏽♂️
@@blackmarket1891 WHUT?
I gave up after 20 tries
I just recently did it a week ago on ps5 took many reloads though
I am really confused should I go finish the geth mission or go to the UnderDark first i dont know which on is better to start with?
I have already finished the Grove quest and saved everyone. I cannot get the ring of protection now, can I?
Sadly no, you have to get the quest from Mol pretty early.
I love your videos
I've completely missed that armour forge in the under dark, can you go back ?
Yes, you can come back to act I as long as you don't progress far enough into act 2.
Ofc act2 items we want it
English is obviously your second language, “finesse” is pronounced “fuh-nes” :P
Great vid
Why do I see people using Command on Voss instead of Heat Metal? Heat Metal is just much more likely to work.
cant get these items when playing as a paladin :D
Bro made an extremely detailed act 1 item location's video and only got 4.2k likes for it, and worse part is, I just came here from a dumb skibidi toilet video that had WAY MORE LIKES, this crap is insane man. 🤦🏽
Hahah love your comment, dw im still grateful so many ppl saw it and the first part got 16k likes so it’s not that bad xD
@@KainRaRPG just feel like it deserved more but, keep going bro, the content's extremely helpful, thanks
I saved the kid but couldn’t speak with him after the crow ladies and even helped the kid tat was being “accused of stealing” and nobody is inside it’s just the two kids Mel is nowhere to be found nor is anyone else what do I do
Are You from Poland?
He died in the harpy fight :(
yo wheres the mourning frost i thought youl include it here im playin my frost dragon sorceror without it cause one mistake and youl can never have it im still salty for that
Easy method for stealing the idol: cast disguise self first. Steal the idol, drink invis pot, then run.
I just used magehand to throw it to myself while hiding and everyone’s attitude towards the hand went down by -10 😂
@@Chonus Do the druids notice the idol missing and start an all out attack on everyone? lol
@@Bradimus1981 Not if you expose Kagha first :O
You can also just... be a Barbarian, take it in broad daylight (after exposing Kagha, which then won't trigger the Grove brawl), then when they challenge you, you get a conversation option that is like "TOO BAD, IT'S MINE NOW. SHOO!" and they're like "oh, ok mr. barbarian sir ::slowly backs away::", I swear the Barbarian conversation options in this game are hilarious
Where is arduous flame blade
Stealing the idol worked 1 time and never worked again
If you do it in turn based mode it’s easier.
@@Bradimus1981they didn’t, I did it recently, you just have to be incredibly FAST.
I did it recently after alot of tries basically had to hit camp as soon as I heard the sound for it entering my inventory
Can you steal the ring of defence and items from zhentarim? Mol won't talk to me after I entered his hidout and waited for the ten count.
And I kinda opened the missing shipment....
Is there any benefit to steal the idol back from Mol? lol
It has a nice permanent aura :D I think it raises survival and animal handling.
@@KainRaRPG It seems to go away after a long rest. There is probably a way to bring it back though. I did not even have to pick pocket Mol for it, he sold it to me. lol
What about baool!
gloves of dexterity?
See previous video :)
any consequences to stealing the idol too early? Won't they retaliate against the tieflings?
Unsure on this one honestly but I wouldn't mess with it until either you "refurbish" Kagha or save halsin BUT NOT DOING THE PARTY. You can steal it for mol, and steal it back from her and you should as its quite powerful to have on yourself.
As long as you don’t get the cutscene that triggers the druids retaliating on the tieflings you should be good. I just showed the earliest way but if you want to be safe do it normally through progressing the quest with Kagha.
@@aonirsplayground6224the effect dissipates same with the sursur leaves
@@303Thatoneguy yep this is true, no matter what its not coming back at all, it would be useful in the underdark to collect those glowy things but oh well
@@aonirsplayground6224 yes. You can sell the idol too but I kinda wish the game let you have your own house or something

I did with most items (you also see the coordinates), but didn't have footage for a few.
I love ur accent
Whats his weapon that he has on if anyone can tell me
in which moment of the video and I'll tell you :D
the whispering promise and staff of arcane blessing don't work together, the ring gives effect of bless but the staff only boosts actual bless spell
You can only get the Titana bowstring and gloves of thievery if you complete a certain quest given after talking to a woman at the same location in the video and you have to answer the correct dialogue options to get the quest of course this video doesn’t tell you any of this and he just says got to location and buy item like bro you could at the very least give some sort of context
Rip Mol is angry whit me because i was not so nice to the Kid that wanted to steal my Stuff...
The periapt maximises the healing that the wearer receives, not of all their spells.
Man, ring of protection quest is such a bullshit
The comments show me, people dont explore the map...
Too many bugs
Didn’t watch video because it’s fun to just come across things naturally. Don’t seek out characters, quests or items. Just experience the world
Thanks for your input, but the video is mostly directed towards people that want to see what they missed after their first playthrough, and not everyone cares about only exploring, and some items can be build defining so it’s worth to check before leaving the act etc. Everyone plays how they want to and there’s no point in gatekeeping a single player game.
what's wrong with you? "u convinced me to include this weapon". if ur gonna make this kind of video you include everything. you're just making excuses because your first video sucked balls and you forgot more than half of the useful items and instead just included basic crap everyone finds.
Cry more, over 1,5 million people thought otherwise
@@KainRaRPG 1,5 mil over a years time don't mean shit. The game is popular nearly every video on it got that and more. Urs just sucked the most. Trash
