LUCIO CHALLENGE - NO STRAFE MATCHING NO HELIX | LUCIO IS 150% movement speed 325% hp 200% Healing

The point of this aim challenge is to kill the lucio that moves at 150% speed, heals self at 200% ratio while you are unable to use helix or strafe-matching his movement. Your movement should oppose lucio's without obvious strafe matching. What makes it harder, is that besides his healing amp usage every 12 seconds, he also takes mega and mini packs if you are not precise enough.
