I am thinking that you could also use dominoes from the dollar store on the outside of the vases. Its a thought although I don't know how you would get them around a vase with a rounded edge.
I absolutely LOVE these projects. They are so creative and cost friendly! I was wondering where I could find and alternative paint putty. I went on Michaels and the ArtC website and couldn't find the paint putty you were using. Any suggestions?? PLEASE and THANK YOU! :)
Hi Sydney! So happy you like the DIYs 🤗 I’ve been looking for some more of the ArtC putty as well and Walmart, Michael’s, and Amazon are all out of stock - I’m guessing it’s discontinued. The closest thing I can find on the internet is Gilders Wax Paste in bronze. I haven’t tried it so I can’t attest to the quality but it looks pretty close. The ArtC paint is technically a ‘wax paste’ so that might help in your search query. Let me know if you find something comparable!!
Whitney, have you tried MusselBound 15-sq ft White Plastic Commercial/Residential Tile Membrane (Lowes Item #1219470Model #555605SPCR).. I used on some bathroom tiles & when I sold my house 6 yrs later they were still up & I didn't use grout..just butted them together. Cute ideas..
