To install the Isocam addon, open Blender preferences, go to Addons and click the Install button on the top side to navigate to this zip file. After that just activate the addon with a checkbox.

When I add the simple deform modifier, some (not all) of the leaf objects go crazy whenever the bend angle goes below zero. Do you by any chance know what the cause of this issue is and how I can fix it?

I’m not able to find the boo modifier even after adding it on into preferences 😢 I also using a smaller keyboard without a num pad

If numpad is unavailable, Boolean should be in modifiers

I had the same problem and since I'm a beginner it's not easy to find... But in the end it's quite simple: select your two objects, type Control + Shift + B, then in the table under "Brush Boolean" click on "Intersect" and voilà! To rotate and change shape as in the video, just right-click on the "selection rectangle" and press R twice. I hope I've helped you.

I cant figure out how to bake that action or export it in any other way.
Is this method just usable for blender related videos? My moving tree is supposed to be a game asset.

For asset exports, I would probably go with armature and bake
