If it could kill it would be illegal. There is a fine line between being able to kill, and having someone stupid enough to be killed by it. You have to drink a shirt on of beer to fuck you up till you die. And you'll probably pass out before you can drink to death. Liver failure if you're a super-heavy drinker. But even the heaviest of drinkers don't drink to that extend... Because they pass out, or stop to soon. And drinking a lot of anything will kill you.
