So I personally like to watch Dan C Bearded’s reviews on companies before I decide if I want to get the product I like his feel in beard portion of his reviews and also presentation and what the company is doing differently that’s why when I saw that you do cards with a wax seal and your artwork I was impressed the Scribe is my favorite scented beard product I have by far and I can’t wait to try many more products from you I love what you are doing keep it up!

Other than my own scent choices I depend heavily on reviews from respected sources such as DanC, bMUR, NoBS and Scuba. They really know about the quality and what to look for and what to avoid.

I research the company, read the reviews, listen to recommendations and try one purchase based on all of that. If the customer service is good, products meets or exceeds my expectations then they will gain repeat business from me.
@fablebeardco for me scents play a big part in making a purchase. Dr. Wolf is going to be on my shelf as long as you offer it. Price plays a part... I like products that I can find youtube reviews on. I like options. Fable should consider offering a whipped butter to go along with their regular butter.
For me, I’ve been getting all my info and reviews from here(youtube) and that’s with a lot of things in my life not just beard stuff. So I would say reviews is a BIG deal. Your scribe scent has some good ass reviews and it’s not lying! Yes, everybody has different tastes but when you have a product with all these different tastes agreeing, then you have something going there. Reviews is legit
Thank you for your input. We have prided ourselves on reviews from our customers from the beginning. I think often people struggle with reviews due to a lot of companies abusing the system. However after reading some of the novels from our customers which blows me away every day. We couldn’t possibly fake these stories!
When I went to buy my first beard oil I looked up reviews to see what was considered the best brands. I chose one and I enjoyed it and bought a couple other products from them. Since then I have seen some reviews from a youtube reviewer and he always mentions a specific brand so I tried that as well. I came across fable while contemplating making my own beard care company. I had an idea of marketing to gamers and browsed around to see if anyone had done that before and I found two companies, in my opinion the way fable markets themselves and how you include all the little personal touches I found you to be the far superior company. After browsing around I decided to try some of your oils and I enjoyed them, I even made another purchase. What made me buy products from the original company I did and from your company were two totally different reason. 1st was because of reviews from yours was because you had the passion to make such a wonderful and personal company and I wish you great success and that you keep up the personal touches, it makes your company special.

@@FableBeardCo Well the only other company I saw that was really marking to gamers was GG Beard company but just looking at their site I found it severely lacking and underwhelming compared to yours. I didnt see any sort of personal touches and it didn't look like they put in as much effort as you can see that you have put into yours. I didn't buy any of their products so I can't comment on those themselves. As for my potential company I am still in the process of research and development. I ordered my first set of supplies to start trying to craft my own oils and balms and find scents I will like. I also have to still determine how to market it. It is quite hard finding your own niche with so many companies out there already being unique and finding something that already hasn't been done is a challenge but I look forward to trying to conquer that beast when I get to it. If you feel like offering any advice I would be more then happy to listen.
I use to watch reviewers but found out real quick most have alternative motives so I stop. Now I check the ingredients and then scent because everyone's nose is different if I think I will like a scent and the carrier blend is awesome I purchase it
I really enjoy buying from companies that offer samples of their oils so i can try each one and go from there. I've purchased from multiple companies after trying their samples.

And if you can have fun at it , all the better. ☺️ So far as reviews go, they are somewhat important, but. I tend to go with UA-cam reviews and see if they match up with the online reviews... If they're fairly close then I'll take a chance.
I have tried several beard companies products I use, Detroit beard butters I use Mr luxurious oils and balms, uncle Donnies has vinella orchard one of my favorite oils, . but , I have never tried your stuff. They say you have the best coffee scented oils . what is it called, ? And which of your oils is your favorite ? Tell me this and I will buy them, Dan C. Bearded seems to like you a lot. Thanks
Personally my favorite coffee scent is The Roaster. Other than that I wear The Harvester ALOT this time of year. Man subscribed for 10 months and havent purchased. What are you waiting on?
I never look at the reviews. I looked at reviews at a particular company and everyone described the scent differently. When I started my first beard journey earlier this year it was videos like these that got me started. I take suggestions from my trusted UA-camrs but now I try to stick with my favorite scents. I love trying sample packs if the price stays under $10 shipped for all the companies scents. Most of all if I get to check out and shipping is another $7 to $10 I will think twice

This is the reason why we switched to free US shipping on all orders very shortly after opening our company. A beard oil isn't truly $15 if you have to pay an additional 7 dollars for shipping that really only cost the company $2.66

When I first started buying I would check to see if there was a money back guarantee or what the return policy is. I think ever company should offer that just to show they have faith in their product. Now beard products are a hobby to me and I like collecting and supporting small businesses.

Hi, Fable Beard Co. I think reviews are important, for example I heard about your company through Dan C. Bearded, so never underestimate the value of a good review. The price of a product is always important, but not a deal breaker if the price is within reason. I will not be buying an $80 bottle of beard oil. Ever. Themes are cool, but only when they're cool (your theme is very cool, btw), but a good/bad theme is also not a deal breaker. For me, If I order a quality product from a company then I will buy from them again. If the product sucks, they'll never hear from me again. So it comes down to quality, but quality, fair price, interesting theme, good company service, and being out in the public sphere, all wrapped up in one company....that spells success to me.
