    **HELPFUL TIP**
As someone that started growing my beard Jan 1st 2019, a little tip I learned the hard way is _NOT_ to look down when zipping up jackets/hoodies!

    • @DcYpHa2o4

KcCreations Gaming I’m cautious of this too! I never zip my jacket up all the way usually half or not at all depending on the situation, I should start with a bead or clip as I hate when the Mane splits!

The beard brought me here, first time watching a video of yours. I'm sure this is the norm for you, but extremely impressed with the editing skills! Everyone's beard is very different, but there are best practices that are healthy for all beard hair & the skin below it (which is much different than your head hair & scalp). You covered a lot of great information! 🧔💪 I have stopped myself from repeating so many of you're facts there were on point and so important. My morning routine is almost the exact same (except the dropper in beard), but the blow dryer is key to style my thick and curly beard (with a Kent for me though). New sub here!

@@CHIEF-T funilly enough, cocaine ain't even that bad. It's shit like heroin, meth, or synthetic versions of drugs that you really wanna stay away from. That being said, you're response was probably the most dumbass response I've ever heard to anything. Quite obviously there are things that you should avoid ever doing, like murdering people, jumping off bridges, doing hard drugs, etc. But unless it's legitimately harmful to yourself and/or others, yes, don't knock until you try it is a pretty damn good life philosophy. The point is to reserve judgement on things you know nothing about to avoid looking or acting like an ignorant asshole. Obviously you always technically have the right to an opinion, but if you wish for the a socially accepted right to judge something, try that thing yourself before doing so, or risk looking like a fool. Or don't try that thing, and then also just don't judge people who do that thing, because you don't know what the fuck you're talking about, so why should you get to judge? Does the concept make sense yet, or will you just talk about injecting weed again?

I've been growing my beard since early June. I'm 17 (18 in less than a month) and pretty lucky with genetics, started getting facial hair at 11, but never actually let it grow. My beard is about to the bottom of my neck. I'm just now finally starting to use care products such as oil, balm, and beard wash, and honestly loving every bit of it. It feels softer, fuller, and stronger. Definitely needed tips on styling it and just living that beard life. Your channel is the first beard channel I'm subscribing too just from your character and abundance of useful information. Thank you for what you do.

Well, here I am, 68 years old and, for several reasons, new to the beard world. It's nowhere near yours, but 8 months in it's coming along quite satisfactorily. Early on I trimmed it regularly but was told if I wanted it long, and I do, not to trim it at all for several months. Like you, the mustache area needs to be kept close but the rest of it I just let go. Trimmed the sideburn area today for the first time in 5 months. May have gone too far, but it'll come back. These are some excellent pieces of advice here. Thank you.

Easy quick recipe is add some Grapeseed Oil (27ml) with 3ml of Avocado Oil. Add in 3 drops of benzoin essential oil, 6 drops of something citrusy like grapefruit oil and 4-5 drops of something floral. You should get a nice well rounded scent blend.

Hello everyone,I have been growing beard for long time ,and what I learned over the years that works for me is to oil your beard at least once a week by applying the high quality oil I usually don’t like to mix oils so I use almond oil ,and wash it in the morning this will soften your beard over time and eventually you will not need to blow dry or do extra steps to mange it .give it a try .hope it helps.

ty for your video. My beard grows very quickly, I had a beard that was almost as long as yours until I was 37 and hair down to my waist, but as I got older it gets brittle quickly so I always end up shaving it off with in a couple of months when it gets about 4" long but recently decided to do some research on proper beard care and let it grow out. I'm not sure why it started getting brittle as i got older other than that I did in fact get older lol, but when i was younger all i ever did was wash it put regular hair conditioner in it then blow dry it much the way you do. When i was 37 though i was a mechanic and my hair gor caught in the wheel of a creeper and I reached back with my knife and cut my braid off and decided the hell with it and cut the beard too. perhaps thats why it won't grow right now? Maybe its still mad at me!!!

I have this old aunt-grandma that after smooching me (like grandmas do, you know) says "oh it's not scratchy at all!" because for most of their time beards were not in style and she's used to the scratchy 2-day beard type, so she assumed a full beard would be even worse

...most people probably don't dislike nickelback either.
I was raised in the 80's listening to "classic rock" my dad listened to and found heavy metal in HS. I don't claim to have been to every great show ever but I I have been to a lot of shows and seen a lot of different bands and will say I saw nickelback in concert once and they throw the fuck down. one of my fondest concert memories was being at a nickelback and they started playing Cowboys from Hell while throwing beer into the crowd. Most of the people there had no idea what song they were playing but me and this other guy (complete stranger) looked at each other and nodded, we both knew the other knew...and we started a giant fucking mosh pit. All the hipsters getting smashed around were completely lost but I'm glad I was there to help them experience their first real concert.

Theres some really interesting differences between the oils you mentioned. I am researching a perfect beard oil blend which perfectly balances the natural chemistry of each oil. The one thing oil is missing is hydration though, so a water dominant hydrating lotion with an emulsified oil may be beneficial to add before you oil. The shower should humidify the beard enough though. Maybe for those who do not have time to shower then.

I think there was often that misconception that people with beards = lazy, don't take care of themselves/don't take their time for hygiene to shave. A well-maintained beard takes longer than shaving and is optically quite different to a slob-beard (guys with long hair had the same stigma tho) the only things I usually hear nowadays tho is "makes you look old" and "it itches when kissing" which makes at least more sense haha
