Out of ALL the examples I have seen, this is the BEST example for calculating the critical path(s). I agree with the comments below, the textbook nor the instructor's guidance did not help me. This is so understandable and clear. I am glad I stumbled on this video. Thank you!
I know this is 5 years old, but I just wanted to say thanks so much for dumbing this down for me. I could NOT wrap my brain around it and I was running out of time to post my assignment.
Thank you so much for the easy breakdown of determining the critical path and duration. I was struggling with this but after watching this video, it makes sense!!!
This was way easier for me to understand, the study guide didn't explain much. Thank you so much for making it easy for me to understand, I really appreciate your good work 😊🙏❤️
I am impressed how easy you made it look. I was able to follow you all the way and even doing some of the paths before you finished the path. I wonder if yo have any videos explaining what are critical junctures and how to determine the them, in other words, what make it critical or not. I bet all yours students get As, because you make it so easy to understand. This is why being a professor (Dr) makes a difference in teaching courses, you have a deep knowledge in the subject matter. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Thanks. That would be an interesting research question. I believe it depends on the project and merge or burst activities could be considered as critical junctures.
I cannot express my gratitude enough, this sum will be coming for my upcoming exam and thanks to you i will be able to answer it, taught the sum in a simple and understandable manner, again many thanks Mustafa
Wowwww! Thanks alot. Your explanation is simple and very clear. I have being struggling with critical pathway for so long, your short explanation clarified things better.
critical path is the path with zero slack, which means not one day can be wasted to complete the whole project. This means project time is the completion time. This means we have to find a path with max completion time. Also, critical path is also used for earliest completion time. Also, the float activity is zero for critical path.
This is the critical path method or CPM, in other videos I have seen that try to explain the critical path method by the pert method. Thanks for your explanation.
Thank You alot for the video, now i need to know how to find out duration time, from a table in a question in which Time estimate and Expected time is given
Now the views may not be 2M but definitely each person who viewed this nailed the exams with a crystal clear understanding without any confusion.
Bro I understand but the structure I have here is too complex 😂😂

Thank you very much. My textbook couldn't have been any more ambiguous and you made this incredibly simple and clear.
Totally relate🤣🤣
I don't often comment on mathematical videos but this was the most useful tutorial I've had in a long time. Thank you very much.

Good
Watching on x2 speed before my test, 2mins 🎉
I thank God I stumbled on this video, I have understood the concept.
A tip my hat for this man, he basically summarized 20 pages in a video that is less than 10 minutes 👏
This is a very good, simple and straightforward explanation.
Thank you for having one of the only truly helpful videos on this topic
Thank you so much for the easy breakdown of determining the critical path and duration. I was struggling with this but after watching this video, it makes sense!!!
Explained in such a simpler way, thanks buddy 😊
Thank you so much this helped me in my exams..❤
STILL SAVIN LIVES IN 2024! MAN I WISH YOU THE BEST!

Best way to explain ever. Seriously you just help me for my exams
جزاك الله خير الجزاء، شرح مثالي ما شاء الله تبارك الله 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The best and the clearest explanation, man thankiuuuu so much!!!
Thank you so much sir! That is a more efficient method to find the critical path, rather than calculating the total floats for each task.
Thanks. Floats are still important but not required to find the critical path(s).
Thank you this helped. Need more people like you👍
AMAZINGLY EASY TO UNDERSTAND...Thank you!!!!

@@mcanbolat Thank you Professor for your response.

Thank you so much. I was losing my mind, This is incredibly simple and easy to understand

sooo.. does critical path have the longest duration or the shortest duration? i can't understand the point u were saying, my bad
thanks 😊
your video is simple for network analysis
so, your video is very usefull for me
Thank you very much. My exam is next week and this really helps me with my revision. Thank you Thank you

Best explanation to the point
Sir, You are the Master like Kung fu Panda
Thank You alot for the video, now i need to know how to find out duration time, from a table in a question in which Time estimate and Expected time is given
You need to use the expected times as activity durations and find the critical path. I have a video on PERT as well.
Mustafa Bey, elinize sağlık bu kadar basit anlatımla açıkladığınız için, Kanada’dan selamlar ☺️
Sınav öncesi çok faydalı oldu teşekkürler :)
Hi Moustapha, thank you so much !
You are welcome!

thanks love
Hahah same
Shoutout bro, thank you so much!!!
Thank you so much
is it possible for to have two highest critical path?
Yes, there may be multiple critical paths. All the activities on those paths are critical.
Thanku so much mister ... from sri lanka.. thank u again.. 2020 july
Thank you very much , I got it now!
Given that there is no way to go through E without both B & C, shouldn't they both be included in all paths through E?
This helped me a lot, thank you!
Nicely explained
thank you for making it easy!
Super clear and simple, thanks!
Thank you sir for make this video 😇😇
thanks man, you really help me!!!!
Thank you very much sir. very clear lesson.
thank you so much. i'd like to clarify, the network you use is A-O-N network, isn't it?
Yes, Activity On Node. If the letters are in the circles, it is AON, if they are on the arrows, it is AOA.
If we have two crtical path then what will happened which path should we choosed???
Fantastic one
this was so helpful!
God bless you 👍🏼
Very helpful. Thanks
Best video on youtube!
Super clear man
Wonderful. So easy to understand. Be blessed sir!
Thank you very much for this💪
Great explanation!
Thank you for sharing :)
How did u get the intermediate precedence ??
Shouldnt there be a fictitious task from B to C and then from C to E?
That is for the Activity on Arc (AOA) representation.
Thank You very Much ♥️
Very helpful
