    I started with 1, in ES of Activity A at the beginning and finally ended up with no critical path! I wish you could calculate from the day 1 not 0. For example my final result accordingto PMBOK, for activity A, is become as follows:
    A: ES=1, LS=0, EF=3, LF=2.
    B: ES=4, LS=3, EF=7, LF= 6.
    C: ES=4, EF= 5, LS=9, LF=10.
    And so on!
    Please share your result when you tried!
    Thank you!

    At 5:58 you mentioned that the critical path is identified by the activities that have the same early finish and late finish, however, there can be scenarios where all the activities along the diagram have the same early finish and late finish. Would that mean you have more than one critical path?

    • @Engineer4Free
      @Engineer4Free  3 роки тому +2

      Yep. You can have more than one critical path.

    You're a champ man easy understanding that ls and lf were always confusing
    But when you mentioned that you can delay it by this much and nothing would affected is when sh*t got cleared up
    Thanks man
