It is a good exclusive product for finding the best project management and business templates minus the headache. Best explanation yet. I've watch many videos explaining the CP, and I'm so glad I fell upon this one. Kudos to you teacher!
I've always like this method better because the calculations are simpler. but important FYI, to those studying for PMP exam. if you start with zero, all your ES times will be wrong for purposes of the pmi exam. PMI exam requires you to start with 1
Kevin Duncan ...that's exactly where I am, find out that some books begins in1 and others in 0....cannot be sure what's should be the correct way for PMP exam.

I pay 1 lakh rupees each year for engineering and at the end learning from UA-cam.
I was just in India, that's a lot of rupees 😶
I started with 1, in ES of Activity A at the beginning and finally ended up with no critical path! I wish you could calculate from the day 1 not 0. For example my final result accordingto PMBOK, for activity A, is become as follows:
A: ES=1, LS=0, EF=3, LF=2.
B: ES=4, LS=3, EF=7, LF= 6.
C: ES=4, EF= 5, LS=9, LF=10.
And so on!
